Placed an order for delivery through the app. All the food came and was great. However I did not get my drink. Tried to talk via the chat to have my drink refunded to me and they wanted to replace it with chips and dip. I had already bought chips and dip. I only wanted my drink or a refund. Tried to call the store and the automated system would only take my order. I didn’t want to place an order. I wanted to speak to a human. Unable to get past the automated service. My money was never refunded. Very displeased by this.

Food spilled all over the Counter, corn mixed in with the salsa, fajita veggies look like it has been sitting overnight. Staff won't stop to clean Countertop... they will slide your food right through all of that mess..and there after I'm like NO THANK YOU!!! and walk right out the door..Why THEY looking like they are confused? DO BETTER!

It was the worst experience I have ever had at chipotle. I ordered four bowls for me and my friends under one name. Every single bowl was wrong and we only received three of the four. After waiting 30 min. Dine in is closed and you can only place online orders and walk inside to pick up, but you cannot walk inside from the street entrance.

This place is always jam packed and always out of food items. It takes you over 45 mins to get out of line for just one order. People are always rude and cut the lines with multiple people. Their app is always down to order for pick-up which would prevent people with 5 orders from jamming up the lines. I won’t be going back here when there are other Chipotles in the area and a Qadoba less than a mile down the road.

I really feel like the people who work here simply don't know how to run a chipotle. If you see online orders only, just leave. It's going to take up to an hour to get your food. Why were there 7 people in the building and only 4 of them actually making/serving food to customers? If short staffing was the problem, why were there so many workers in there? Food was mid cuz it's just chip but like this doesn't make sense. Waiting is pointless here. You also cannot eat inside. Not even sure how this chipotle is still a successful business.

I made an online order at 5:20pm. App said that the order would be ready at 5:30pm. Get there to pick up my order at 5:45pm & I still gave to wait 10 min. The lady who was giving out the orders had no sense of urgency whatsoever. She just really didn't care about getting anything to me & about 6 other customers their orders in a timely manner. Very disappointing; this restaurant chain has really gone down in the past couple of months. Not sure what's going on, but I don't think I'll be back...

The proportions were completely off, got a half serving of beans and chicken. Also there was no guacamole. I know that chipotle workers will underserve because they have to make the food, but this is ridiculous. Don’t take the job if you don’t want tot do the work.

Shoutout to this chipotle for a 25 minute wait for a mobile order. Mobile order only at 6pm. Whoever is staffing these places is doing an awful job. Can’t blame the workers for being slow.

Bump them other reviews i drive a good 40 mins to this location because I know the food will always be good. Now sometimes things may be out of stock but its fast food what do u expect! My family and I are a Happy camper;)
