Probably 1 of the best Carryouts in NorthEast… I eat from them often. Food is delicious BUT they are soooo stingy with western fries proportions compare to most other Carry Outs! Its literally like this every single time. Its almost as if they “count” how many fries they give you Lol Like if they gave more fries I would give them 4.5 stars. 4 wings & western fries is $9, so there is no excuse for the amount of western fries they give you.

I've been going to Chicken Paul my pretty much my whole life and they make the best wings I've ever had, and that's not an exaggeration. I generally get there sausage and egg breakfast sandwich in the morning and it is absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this place for anybody in this area in Baltimore. The owner and his wife are very friendly and the food comes out really quickly.
