Had a catering order for my son here at Towson and to my surprise these associates dropped the ball.. they bring me warm team and stated it would be delivered COLD! They then said they would bring me ice since I was given the wrong information about their gallon of tea not being delivered cold but the ice never came!! I called to speak to Anna and she had nothing but excuses!!! She called me back to state I could buy ice after an hour of the party was over!!! Wow!! I hate to say this but the incompetence I received today felt like I was at McDonald’s drive through! But my son loves chic fil a .. happy bday son.
No matter when I have go there the sweet tea is never sweet and always bitter.Bitterness comes from putting too much tea and not enough water. Please learn how to make sweet tea by changing the ratio of tea to water and sweetening it some more.Also, reduce the water in the lemonade as it is always watered down and not sweet also. It just tastes like sour water.
Only bad thing was the largest amount of nuggets was 8
