Fast friendly service. Couple that runs place are pleasant and polite. Good Chinese East Towson/Parkville Carryout. Went there because my usual, Ichiban is closed on Tuesdays. Pleasantly surprised. Tasty food quickly prepared. Called it in on the way and it was ready on arrival, earlier than promised.
We’ve ordered carry out twice and it’s the best we’ve had in years!! Orange chicken, edamame, sugar donuts, shrimp tempura sushi, egg rolls have all been amazing!!
Decided to try another Chinese restaurant and stumbled upon this place based on the ratings. Unfortunately, this place did not live up to the comments made. Food tasted “artificially enhanced”. Definitely first and last time for me :(
There portions are getting smaller as there prices are increasing. Look elsewhere for a better meal
They jacked the prices up far as delivery.Normally when you order is 25$ & up you get a free California roll but not any more you have to spend 28$.And that’s before they add the taxes & delivery fee to your subtotal!!!Not ordering from them anymore.Sticking to taking a drive in the city for my Chinese food were it’s not so expensive also the food taste way better!!!!
9/2/21 that new lady answering the phone has lost her mind !!!I spend 35 on sushi for me and my family & the audacity of her to try to charge me for extra ginger & spicy Mayo!!Been ordering sushi from them going on 3 yrs now and have never been charged for extra ginger/spicy Mayo.Also if you order is over 28$ you supposed to get a free California roll so why did she try to say I get a free soda .....naw hunny let me get my free California roll!!!Spoke with the manager & he resolved my issue
Disappointed if I were you id go to central asia carry out they have kind staffs and good food.Not coming back again.

Best chinese joint in the area, hands down. Good food, low prices, nice family. Regular menu is great, and even the sushi is way better than you would expect from a shopping center chinese takeout. I've been to legitimate japanese sitdown restaurants with lower quality sushi. Chen's is on point and is a very valued staple in the neighborhood ?
