I would have giving this particular employee a negative star, who was the female cook/preparer for the meals. The cashier greeted us and began taking our orders immediately although he was dealing with another customer placing an order over the phone (great multi-tasking). He continued to take our orders (7 ppl) and the female cook/preparer yelled to him not to take any orders because she had other orders to make.Although I understand how overwhelmed making several orders may be, but I just feel like she could’ve handled it differently. Customer service is key, but communication sets the foundation for great customer service.Unfortunately we were unable to experience the food at this location.
I ordered a bacon Swiss burger, cooked medium rare.I received a small American cheese hamburger, without bacon, cooked thoroughly.This cost around $10.51.The cashier was pleasant.
When it first opened it was great!! But now they have been through so many employees and the food is trash now. The chicken and fries are close to burnt not worth the prices. Please close this or get a new improved team. I wish shake shack was right here instead!!
The staff was really helpful and super fast in making my food. Everything was really good and I can't wait to come back next time to try something else on the menu!
I watched James Good, a so called “manager” at this restaurant stand in the back on his phone while I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be helped. James finally acknowledged me and continued to stand back in the kitchen. I then saw James with the same hands he had been standing there using his phone with grab some of my food without at the very least changing his gloves. Who knows how long he had been wearing those gloves and what else he had touched. I politely told him I wasn’t comfortable eating the food because of what I saw and was told “this is how we do it here bruh.” After I questioned him about food safety procedures I was told that I was “lucky I don’t put hands on you.” Makes you wonder what issues James has going on in life if a refund and onion rings makes him this upset.
Unbelievably expensive over $16 for a cheeseburger and onion rings. That's it nothing to drink, no ice cream, milkshake, anything else cheeseburger and onion rings for over $16. Besides the fact it was slow and it was messed up as well. Way too many burger places in the opened recently that you don't need to take a mortgage out this to go get a burger. You ought to be ashamed of themselves I know I am for them
I didn't get what I ordered, my mistake for not checking it before I left. I have been trying to contact the store for 3 hours now but haven't gotten through. I hit #3 to speak to a manager, it will ring 4 times then cut off.
Online order was 20 minutes late. There were only 2 people working and they were literally yelling at each other and fighting the whole time. The cashier was rude and unprofessional. When I finally got the food and took it home, both the burgers were wrong. This was my first and last time here. I understand being short-staffed and the food taking longer, but it was really uncomfortable being in the restaurant while the employees were fighting.
Horrible Customer Service at the Towson MD Location. Ordered from the Burgerfi Website, on line, never received my food and they charged me 50 bucks, this has been a week now and trying to get your money back is crazy, No answers and when they do answer very unprofessional, tried calling Corporate in Florida, they don't even answer. Food was ordered on 12/22, it's now 12/28 and still no refund. Stay away from this place, period I wish there were Minus Stars to check.
2/5 of our items were missing (spouses burger and milkshake), 1/3 of the remaining items that were delivered were made incorrectly (my burger that included an allergen ingredient), and all items were delivered stone cold and late. If I had to guess I would assign 90% of the blame with the restaurant and 10% with grubhub. This isn’t the first issue we’ve had with missing food items and late or cancelled orders from this location. Maybe they do well in person but do not order grubhub delivery from this location if you want your spouse to eat tonight ??♂️
