We receive the worst service that you could imagine from the young lady that was working at this Burger King at the Towson town center mall. She was working alone and there was a line of people waiting to order and also to receive their orders. We waited over 30 minutes to get our order and the food was cold. I asked her could we please have fresh hot food she told me to wait I waited 20 minutes while she waited on other customers and refused to give me fresh hot food. She was very disrespectful and indignant. She claimed that she would give me a refund after waiting another 20 minutes. The service from this person is horrible and when I asked for her manager she refused to give out any information and when you call she will tell you that she is the manager and then hang up on you
This location is terrible. I love onion rings and order them but I’d get rung up for fries EVERY time. I know new employees come in and out but they have a onion ring button and there is no excuse for this to happen each time. Also I was accused of throwing fries when I clearly did not. The fries were neatly in the box. Just because I was a bit aggravated it doesn’t mean I should be accused of stuff and I was not being violent or using language. I am still a customer. Not interested in using this BK anymore.

I ordered the Whopper and fries my Whopper was red in the middle not done at all my fries was cold I received attitude when I asked for hot fries I even left a tip did not believe that my food would be a big disappointment to me today.. I understand we all have our off days.
It says it's open until midnight and has a drive thru, but both of these are false. It's on the third floor inside the food court, so it's not accessible to the exterior. Food is decent
The service was great. I did not mind the wait because the food was freshly made and tasty. They were not to busy at the time I visited.

Worst customer service I've had in years. Employees weren't properly wearing masks, didn't make eye contact, didn't even ask what drink I wanted with my meal or size meal, and kept trying to prematurely ring me up and make me leave. Hire some decent employees who actually wanna work. Thanks for introducing me to Sarku instead letting of going through a meal they probably wouldn't have made right anyways.
