Just had an amazing dinner and drinks, our server Michael long went above and beyond for my daughter and family . My little girl was so tired and wanted a hot chocolate and they do not have that on the menu , so he made chocolate milk heated it up added whipped cream and chocolate shavings . He made sure everything was up to par. Then we decided to talk to the manager (Vic) who was another amazing person spent the time to listen and engaged the conversation and really appreciated the compliment. He was super thankful that we recognized his employee. We will be back 100% just for the customer service!!!!!

The atmosphere was nice and quiet on a Wednesday evening. The staff were professional and friendly. My server was attentive and pleasant. The prices weren't unreasonable. The food was fresh and had flavor.

AVOID TOWSON LOCATION. YOU CAN EASILY DO SO MUCH BETTER!This place does not want parties \ groups of over 5 or 6 people period unless you want to be split up to eat wherever. I live in a luxury building close by. We often form a group of our neighbors who want to have a nice night out. There was ten of us this night. We tip extremely well and the wait staff know us well as we had been frequent guests to this point.Generally the food and wait staff service had always been first rate which is why we returned so often. The wait staff and food are not the problem here as they know us and were eager for our business. 10 people like us with hardy appetites can generate $450 in business plus tips easy. The wait staff wanted our business.NOW THE PROBLEM... The manager is a complete and utter foolish nimcompoop! To accommodate our 10 person group required moving a few tables no more than 18 to 24 inches. We even volunteered to move the tables and move them back at the end of our dinner. It was Saint Patrick's Day and the place was dead empty so moving the tables would have inconvenienced no one.The manager is a self important fool who felt getting his jollies by wielding his "power" to prevent us moving the tables lost him $450 in business plus tips. This manager proved he was unable to manage because he had no critical thinking skills whatsoever. Add to this the manager was rude, ignorant and arrogant did not help. The manager was a fool because we live in the area hence our visits are many. Loyal local return customers served quality food while being treated fairly are what keeps the doors open. The manager forgets he is in the hospitality business and the goal is to make customers feel welcome. This place is the most inhospitable place I've been to recently. I was part of a party of about ten people. The place was darn near empty on Saint Patrick's Day. The manager was so lazy and lame to turn away so much business because they are too stupid to move tables a few feet so we could sit in a group. This is an instance where the wait staff and others are on point. The great staff's efforts are sabotaged by a lazy good for nothing inflexible manager more worried about his bean counting than providing a quality experience to all Bonefish patrons. If you have a group of more than five people pass by Bonefish they don't have the managerial skills to deal with parties over 5 people.

Love me some bonefish Grill. During the pandemic I ordered a lot of the family bundle meals. It was great and it was convenient. Now my family and I go in all the time. The food is always fresh and hot the staff is amazing. Highly recommend it.

I am giving them a 3.5⭐. My party of 4 visited one evening for dinner and the following day for lunch. Both visits were ok, but not what we expected. I give them 5⭐ on their appetizers. We had the Bang Bang Shrimp, Calimari and Imperial Dip, all of which were well prepared, and tasty. For our dinner meals we had Cod Imperial, Mahi-Mahi & Shrimp and Blackened Baha Fish Tacos. Our sides included Steamed Broccoli, Bacon Mac & Cheese, Steamed Asparagus and Bonefish House Salad. I believe they forgot the cheese in the Mac & Cheese. It tasted like noodles with bacon and breadcrumbs. The Mahi-Mahi portion size was rather small, a bit overcooked and lacked any seasoning to give it any flair. On the brightside the Cod Imperial and Fish Tacos were very good. As we were celebrating a birthday I thank them for the free piece of cheese cake! The following day we returned for lunch because the our initial choice in restaurants did not have the light fair we were seeking. Since we were eating light the selections were Classic Caesar Salad, Florida Cobb Salad, Florida Cobb Salad with Shrimp, Ahi Tuna Poke, Bang Bang Shrimp and Imperial Dip. Again the appetizers were very good! However, there was some mix up with the salads. Apparently the servers prepare the salads, which is noticable in the presentation. In this instance our server brought us two House Salads one with shrimp and one without because it was his understanding that the "Cobb" salad was the "House" salad. I kept my "House" because I also had the Ahi Poke to jazz it up. We sent the House Salad with Shrimp back to get a proper Cobb Salad. What our server returned with was what appeared to be the same salad with blue cheese crumble and the mango added. Seems he forgot the avocado. While the salads were good, the only one that was served correctly was the Caesar. Our overall dining experience was not so bad that we will not return, however we may just stick to the appetizers on any return visit.

Oh Bonefish! If only you could have seen the sad face of my husband when our order from you was delivered tonight. My husband always orders Fish and Chips, and loves the taste and generous portion. Not tonight. He had a tiny order of French fries. So small that z I gave him my tiny order of fries. We are frequent customers of your location. But next time we move get try another location. I’ve attached a picture of my husband’s order before he ate anything.

Loved the place! Located right next to Towson Town Center mall, there is ample parking available at the mall. Park around C4 level at the mall and you can walk out a short distance directly to Bonefish. My wife ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and I ordered the Mahi Mahi with shrimp. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. Get the mashed potatoes as a side dish and Cole slaw! Excellent and fast service and the restaurant is beautiful and chilled inside.I highly recommend this place.

It was my first visit and the staff and food were wonderful. The manager working on Valentine's day did a little of everything. From cleaning tables to bringing drinks. He checked on all of the guest to be sure everyone was satisfied. Cant wait to go back.

Me and husband have been going to this location for years with no issue and now something has changed. Made a reservation for valentine's day a month prior. We come in and they cant find my name. Luckily we only waited 10 minutes.Appetizers were good but the non mix drinks were off. My husband had 3 drinks with Hennessey and they all tasted off like they were watered down. I had patron and that also tasted watered down. My entree of butterfish was supposed to have crab but only had 5 small flecks and was cold and bland . The fried shrimp my husband had made him nauseous and almost sick.Looked like alot of turnover in the restaurant, all the staff in their early twenties. May be lack of experience or maybe they are catering to a different audience. Not sure if we will be back.
