Ok, so we just tried this lovely place for the first time today. I don't know what these other folks experienced, but we loved it. We were greeted and guided through the menu. The food came out fast and fresh. The wings were meaty and delicious - not covered in fat or anemic like at many other Towson wing places. The spicy sauce was PHENOMENAL. Yummers. The beef tacos were also great. Music a little loud, but what ya gonna do ? Will be back!

This place was great when it opened, and has gone downhill, especially in the past few months. Refer to the photo for the laughable size of the so-called side. It used to be 5x more than this before Oct. 2021. The size of the drumstick has greatly shrunk too. I thought it was temporary, but it's been worse recently. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this store.
Service was fast and the place was clean. My only (personal) complaint is that the spicy chicken wasn't as spicy as I remembered it- the flavor was there but I wanted more heat. I've been told that spicy sauce might be available as a dipping sauce, which would make me ridiculously happy. My original rating would have been 4 stars, but customer service reached out and that makes me feel like they care.
Got the soy garlic boneless chicken. I’ve been to other bon chon locations like the one in Ellicott city. Bon chon has always been one of my favorite “fast food” places. This location although doesn’t live up to the normal BonChon hype. They were out of the sandwich so I ordered the boneless chicken with coleslaw on the side. It was very fast which was nice but it was like there was no sauce on the chicken at all. It tasted like normal chicken nuggets and not the famous soy garlic taste. I also did not receive the coleslaw either.
Terrible food, low quality, almost no seasoning on seasoned fries. Tiny portion of bulgogi for $4 as a side. Chicken was barely sauced frozen chicken strips like you’d get at a grocery store.Nice counter girl, clean restaurant. Will never return.
Bonchon in Towson will NEVER I MEAN NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME OR ANYONE I KNOW. I DO NOT I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE??. The cashier told me as I asked her questions about the food was not very knowledgeable nor tactfully thoughtful in answering questions being my first time in the establishment, the cooks were ingaging in conversations while preparing orders without their masks covering their faces. The cashier also took of her gloves while placing covers over hot prepared food without a mask.?I wasn't given my drink cup nor the additional complimentary side that I requested. Every other word from the cashier's "There's additional cost for that"even had the Audacity to ask for a tip. I was so upset I Immediately looked - up the company's customer service and wrote about the service that most people don't know they are receiving. SHAMEFUL JUST DOWNRIGHT SHAMEFUL!!!! I DIDN'T EVEN MENTION THE DEGRADING RAP MUSIC AND ONE OF THE CASHIER'S TWERKING WHILE I WAITED FOR FOOD THAT WAS BEYOND UNSANITARY IN EVERY UNIMAGINABLE WAY. Usually I wouldn't take any food under these conditions because I worked as a young person in fast food, believing someone would speak up or acknowledge their unprofessional manner but that didn't happen, so I just threw the food away, knowing I'll never return. NOPE!!!! NOT EVER AGAIN. Pics show a drop of sauce on one side bare on the other side. Guess I asked too many questions ?
30 minutes for 6 wings and 3 tacos! The Sunday crew is really killing it here today
We came across Bonchon while running errands the idea of Korean fried chicken mixed with a fast food element in was to intriguing not to give it a try. We got the 8 piece spicy ? which probably could've used alot more sauce but the chicken itself was cooked very well, crunchy on the outside very juicy on the inside. Definitely have to them another try.
Should have listened to the reviews about this location. By far the worst bon chon I have been to.This is their 8 piece boneless and they aresmall, dry and hard. I was excited about this location opening closer to me but I'll continue to drive to Ellicott City or Arundel Mills.
