The experience tonight was lackluster to say the least. About 20 minutes went by before our drink order was taken. Food order was taken at the same time. Our drink sat up at the bar for over 10 minutes before coming to us. We literally got the food before the drink that I could see sitting at the bar from my booth. Then waited literally over a half hour after finishing food for my check at which point I had to grab the manager who was walking by to have him print it for us. I don’t think it’s necessarily any one’s fault just understaffed.
Went to this location after an 8th grade graduation. They were very short staffed. Our waiter was of 2 and had 3-4 other tables. We were seated quickly and only sitting for less than 10mins when the manager, Jeff I believe, came over explained he would be helping us until the waitress was caught up. He was super pleasant and never hesitated to help when needed. The waitress eventually introduced herself but was still busy. They were both very nice and the really made our experience great.
Just placed a pickup order. Got there 10 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. Should have known something was off when they walked right out with my food.Fries were cold. Burger was clearly reheated. Asked for pink and completely cooked through. No chance this was prepared to order. Couldn’t have cooked it this much in the 10 minutes after placing my online order and arriving and getting my food.First and last time at this location.
There was a net flying around our table, hardly received napkins, the mini plates were dirty, and our food came out late. People that came in before us received theirEntrees before we did. Management is rude and I felt embarrassed by her after I was told I don’t have to pay for my food I could go. I didn’t do anything wrong and she made me feel like I was the problem after I told her my concerns. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. First time there.
The food was good but the young lady that waited our table was throwing a tantrum because apparently they seated in her area twice which actually didn't happen, but she eventually got it together and we were able to be seated.
This place ok. No one would seat us except for the young lady who was off of work and decided to help us because she let us just stand there. Thank you for doing that. Once we were seated our server was good and the food was pretty good too. The only other issue was that it was very loud even on the restaurant side. We could barely hear ourselves in our conversations.
I ordered a new dish (for me) it was a steak and cheese sub on a cheese roll, served with onion soup and fries, it was super delicious and fresh.I always get a 5 star service at this location, try them, you will not be disappointed. They have the best management team and employees ready to help you.
My boyfriend and I ordered the same dinner. It was the Bouborn Street Chicken & Shrimp with Toss Salad instead of mashed potatoes, and glass of Moscato. It was delicious ?. The barmaid was very helpful on our decision and suggestions. Very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you Applebee's for my first visit at your location.
My first time here after a stressful morning. I was greeted & seated promptly. I had the fried Chicken salad and fried wonton tacos. Those were delicious. The drinks and Brandon were amazing! If I'm back in the area I'll definitely stop back in.
Food was fantastic. And the wife adored her appetites. And our service was excellent. Thank you so much Jordan. Made our visit wonderful
