First time at 7 West Bistro. Will not return. Food quality is, at best, fair. There is nothing worse than soggy limp string beans, almost tasted like they came from a can. Crab cake was okay, but not great. Grilled shrimp were tough. My wife's vodka martini had just a hint of vodka and they charged us for Tito's even though it was not requested. Atmosphere is none existent. Service was fair, but the server was overbearing, stopping by our table way too often to ask if we needed anything. Online, this place looks better than it really is. I won't hesitate to tell my friends to stay away. I would have given zero stars if possible.
The best Lamb Chops and French Martinis in America.. We celebrated my daughter's 30th Birthday. Upon arrival the room was set up beautifully. The staff was professional and friendly. We planned this event at the last minute and they were extremely accommodating. I was so impressed I went back the next day for lunch Treat yourself, you will not be disappointed..
This was my first time here and I lived every moment. We had my niece graduation dinner here and the food was delicious and served hot. The staff was excellent and very pleasant to all of us. We will definitely come back. You will live it here as your new favorite spot to eat at.
My graduation dinner was exactly what I expected and more. The servers were very attentive and organized. They were very patient and extremely helpful even though yesterday was busy throughout the entire restaurant. Even though there were a few hiccups with the guests individual orders the staff was quick to correct the issue and my food was perfect. Thank you so much for paying attention to every detail and ensuring my guest and I had an enjoyable dining experience. I will be back for future occasions, thank you for having us.
I had my birthday dinner here at 7 west & I just want to thank the entire staff , made sure my guest & I was taking care of the entire night positive attitude & Atmosphere ? the food was delicious everything was cooked to perfection would definitely recommend 7 west to family & friends you won’t be disappointed❣️ Greatly appreciate everyone in the staff
I booked this spot for my son graduation celebration and when I tell you the food was everything. I love the whole set up how they personalize the menu. I had a awesome host. I will be back thanks again.
We reserved the event room at 7 West for the rehersal dinner for our wedding. There were about 25 guests that attended. They all loved their food and had more than enough to eat. We chose the Platinum menu, which was diverse enough for everyone to find something they liked. There was more than enough room to practice the rehersal as well. The service was outstanding and prompt! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who needs to rent a room for a party/event or just to go out for a nice dinner. The grilled lamb is amazing!
My dinner party last night was amazing. The food was great, my waiters was amazing. Most of all my guest was happy, everyone loved their food. My guest loved their food options and me I was just their for the Lambchops?. Thanks being the perfect place to host my event. You guys definitely set the bar high as to how I kicked off my birthday. As patrons who were seeking a fine establishment focused on our needs for our wedding reception, 7 West was the answer! Not only did their Event Coordinator listen intently to our vision with care and commitment, but effortlessly communicated to us brilliantly and made us feel that our reception would indeed be simply the best. That day every detail was aptly displayed and it was beautifully arranged. Their staff is courteous, meticulous, and highly professional. There is a most appealing array of cuisine that is also very cost-effective!! Our dishes were attractively presented and every morsel was simply divine boasting of flavor and diligent care by the chefs! My daughter had a birthday dinner at the restaurant, the ambiance, the food, the service was absolutely spot on!!! We enjoyed all of the food, not one thing was wrong that night!!!! The guests are still talking about how good everything was and the drinks were superb!!!! I most definitely will be a returning customer, not to mention this was my first time at the restaurant and they didn’t disappoint!!!!
