Worse customer service experience. I went in the location wanting some Lo Mein when I asked for the price the lady taking my order got an attitude and grab a menu with the prices to show it to me she was so irritated by my question that she couldn't even find the item on the menu. My total was $18.28 I handed my Discover card and when she looked at it she threw it on the air saying "only master card and Visa". I apologized and tried to leave without buying the food but then she grabbed the card and charged it before. Food was good but makes me not wanting to return. Not sure what personal problems she had acted that way

Very very disappointed! Terrible! The dim sum were from frozen, and not even heat though. The triple platter roast meat were all cold, and the roast duck was only back bones with skin and little meat. I showed it the waitress, she didn’t say anything, I talked the manager, she said that’s how they serve, I can’t believe this is how they run the business and treat the customer. Sorry, never go back again.

If you want a vast menu that includes "Hong Kong style" and Cantonese dishes, then this is the place for you! If you're intimidated by a massive number of choices, then perhaps go elsewhere. I found the steaming hot "casserole" dishes particularly tasty. The dumplings and the spicy fried tofu were definite highlights. Some of the food was not spicy enough, but I expect that's because we didn't specify a hotness level. Overall, a good experience.

Well for starters, the service was pretty good. However, the duck I ordered was cold, the pork was cold. The duck was especially bland. The worst part? There was a hair on my food. Then the server said it wasn't hair?!?!? Concerning imo.

This is always my go to place when I want to eat chinese food. Even though we moved far from this restaurant, we always travel to eat here! Food is great, service is great, staff is great!

Delicious Food! Very authentic and great flavor. We have been coming here for over 8 years!!! Kind staff. Always very friendly, specially if you are a repeat customer like us. Recommended if you want to eat authentic Chinese Food.

Our usual place is closed on Tuesdays so we thought we would try this restaurant. Highly disappointed! The Pu pu platter was a small bag of dry items, half the size of our usual place and more expensive. The chefs specialty we ordered tasted metallic like it came out of a can. The fried rice was obvious a left over from yesterday and dry.

Atrocious!Extremely terrible customer service, horrific. The lady didn’t even pay attention to our table of 4 college students. We were asking her if she were available to take our lunch order. She ignored us twice, the third time, she eventually looked at us, stared at us for like 5 seconds, and said ok, and doesn’t sound very friendly. We asked her by any chance we could have 3 boxes for our food to go. She brought one to us. We told her we actually need 3 boxes. Then she came back with just one. And we tried to tell her again that we need 3. She got mad at us saying we never said that before. Finally, she brought a paper box for us, can't even put the soupy dish in it. She also brought our check. She wrote down $14 tips for us., throw a pen in front of us. We were so confused by this kind of behavior in a local restaurant. Because of her unpleasant service, we don’t feel like paying her tips. So we told her we would not willing to pay her so she could learn a lesson to be a good waiter. However, she thought she did a great job serving us, and degrade us saying y'all college kids can't even pay for the lunch, so sketchy. In the end, she finger pointed at us and threatens:” I remember y'all!” Sounds like we all banned from this restaurant. Tbh I don’t think any of us would come back.Apparently she cared more about the other table next to us, they were all non POC customers. I guess #stopasianhate can also be used on other Asian people who hate themselves.Overall, the food was tasty, but the customer service here could ruin everything. I would pay 20% or even 100% tips for decent customer service. But for this? No ma'am no!

My mom and I were having lunch until I notice the waitress was giving a mean look at our table for no reason when she walk away. The wonton and dumpling, noodles soup Hong Kong style look good, but it look too cheap for a meal. Also, the soup taste like chicken broth straight from a can. After we had lunch, my mom happen to pay $25 and waited to get the change back. However, the waitress didn't return the exact change instead she pocket it and unexpectedly my mom would give her $3 tip but nope.Worst service because their are NOT friendly or nice at all.Once you ask something nice, in return they ignore the customer's request. Which I ask if I can take the Chinese Zodiac sheet and she was kindly said "ok". 2 minutes, I ask again then she answer "later" as if she was in a hurry.Beware of the waitress being rude when asking a request to many times.
