This place has gone down the rabbit hole….I’m a long time customer and never had an experience like I did yesterday…I was served raw chicken…on top of them forgetting to make the 3rd combo that was part of my order. When you make people sick you have a huge problem on your hands….I don’t want a free meal or a coupon..We just want the original Wingstop experience…I pretty much speak for everyone that ordered on 4/27/22…..
If I could give this zero stars I would! The food was absolute garbage. Fries were uncooked yet extremely greasy! Wings also incredibly greasy like they threw everything in cold oil. Absolutely disgusting what a waste of time and money will never eat wings stop or recommend it to anyone ever

Wings are GARBAGE THEY DONT CARE ANYMORE THEY JUS DONT CARE either the wings are not done or too done no I. Between they lack flavor and freshness most of the sauce is not on the wing it self but on the box save your money and do not order online u will have a pending charge on your bank with no order taken I warned ya !
I loved the wings I got here. They were crispy and tender like I like and well sauced. I ordered online and picked up in store and my food was ready when I got there.
Good wings cooked right. The baskets of fries are huge. It's the sauces that are lacking in flavor.
I got a great customer service from the cashier and my food was great! Fries and wings where delicious. Haven’t been here in a while and know that I’m back I’ll definitely come more often!
I can’t believe how much this place has change! Come to get lunch with my family, and the service and food was great ?? thumbs up to the new crew working here. Definitely coming back soon.

Placed a order online and ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait so long. The wings were cold and half of the blue cheese dip was gone. Everytime I come in they don't know where my order is. I dont come in that often but when I do, there's always a problem. I'd rather go eat at the chum bucket if I'm being honest.
