The menu description is completely different from what I received. Instead of onions, snow peas and cabbage it was broccoli, carrots, peppers and corn. Instead of garlic sauce, it was sweet and sour sauce, which I am not a fan of. It this was what I ordered, it would be fine, but it’s not what I ordered at all so it’s quite disappointing.**update**I’m not changing my review, but I just want to clarify since it’s getting lots of views—there were a lot more shrimp in the meal than shown in the picture, but I picked them out and rinsed and ate them. My complaint was about the sauce and the vegetables, not the amount of shrimp or protein.
Wing Wah has great vegan food selection and never disappoints with crispy tofu, soft tofu, or the vegetarian chicken. The vegetarian chicken especially is very good! Portions are always big for the price. The owners are always very respectful every time I go in
Didn’t even get past the phone call, lady was being very rude and dismissive when the price didn’t come up right on my order. There was a misunderstanding about the dinner special and the regular order which made my order more then it should have. Their prices online also were a dollar under what I was told over phone which I was willing to let slide but she kept giving me different prices and throwing me off. When I tried to clarify with her she told me to take it or leave it, so I left it. There are plenty more carry out spot in the dmv, don’t have to deal with rude customer service
I have been so impressed with not only the food of Wing Wah, but also the customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure your food is correct and if they have any questions for you. Would recommend!
They gave me spoiled food. My brother threw up and all food was trashed. That was a few years ago. Recently, I tried to give them another chance...maybe it was an oversight. I wanted spare ribs. What I received was dry leather on crumbly bones. That meat was old, dry, and basically non-existent. We're done!
Small portions, horrible customer service, Ordered coconut chicken and got more fried batter then chicken. Ordered 3 meals asked for 3 hot chili oils and said she would have to charge me extra because she said I can only get 1 but I ordered 3 meals. Don’t come here worst Chinese place I’ve ever had.
Every time I come here, they are very friendly. They also make the food very quickly so you’re on your way. The food is also delicious!
I always have a good experience when I visit this location. The staff is always friendly and courteous. My order never takes longer than expected and the food tastes fresh. I’m lucky to work so close by because this location has provided very consistent service!
A solid neighberhood spot that makes reliable, Chinese American comfort food. The stand out dish is pork fried rice. Simple, but delicious.
This is my to-go place when craving Chinese comfort food takeout. Is fast, close to home and reliable. There are only two tables in there, so this place is mainly for takeout. I've never seen anyone dining in (even before pandemic). Food has been consistently good here. We do tend to order the same thing every time, so can't speak for all the items on the menu.This place is cash only. So make sure you bring cash.Plenty of parking. Conveniently located close to Giant (and lots of other businesses) in case you need to do some shopping while waiting for your order.All in all a great place to get your Chinese food craving satisfied.
