At 2:38pm we order food a Hispanic female named VERONICA WAS taking our order very rude first of all and second of all she speak Spanish didn’t want to speak or try to understand ! She was very nasty and she didn’t want to keep taking our order a guys very nice asked us for our order but still was wrong we had to come back and get everything right which I’m very sad because I been going to this Wendy since I came to Maryland ! Now everything has change and she is very rude ! I don’t recommend going to ASPEN HILL MD WENDYS !!!

Haven't been for a while, but I got a hankering for the chili. Not crowded. Facility is showing its age, but the service was efficient and friendly. Chili, still good! Baked potato, very good. Taco salad is generous, though kind of in a kit form (lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese with container of chili and bag of chips, plus sour cream packets). Husband really liked it, though.

Got combo meal. Hamburger was fresh and tasty, so were fries. Customer service excellent. Food was not greasy at all.

Food was pretty good except my fries were cold.

Got some Hot Crispy Fries. Some were hot, some weren't.

The food was good which I would give a four star but I give the drive thru experience a zero for the manager took my order and he took the liberty upon himself to upcharge my order without my consent. I normally don't eat that much, so a size small meal feels me up. My usual order is a small 4 for $4. But the manager decided to change my order after I placed it in the drive thru from a small to a large. Once I got to the window to pay, he tried to tell me that I said large. I politely told him that I NEVER once said large when I was making the order he became even ruder to me. He soon backed himself up once I showed him my phone showing the email that I sent to the cooperate office

The food is good but sometimes the drive-thru people can be a little rude or at least less than cordial. I'm not sure how management treats the employees but understanding their concerns and possibly focusing on training or other methods could greatly improve the experience.

Driving around this drive thru is a nightmare with my truck. Also the coke was flat
