This place served me spoiled salsa verde for my tacos. It had a really bad odor and gave me stomach aches and diarrhea. I returned to speak with the manager, and she did nothing to help and told me she never had someone complain about the food. Instead of fixing the issue, I was told to choose somewhere else to eat. That’s exactly what will happen. Unplugged is next door and have better food. I recommend them over this place any day!

We were visiting the area and found this gem!! They have the most delicious food and the best service! Everything we got was perfect. We would go on a weekly basis if we lived nearby. Weeks later we are still talking about it as our favorite restaurant. We ordered extras for our family so we would have lunch the next day-- the leftovers were just as delicious as the freshly cooked food!

We were just passing through the DC area and we're hungry and saw that Vitoria's Kitchen had 5 of 5 stars and thought we would try it out. It was GREAT! The family that runs the place was kind and helpful with understanding the menu and we were so happy with the food. No wonder it was 5 of 5 stars. We had carne asada, tacos and quesadillas in our group and everything was exceptional! Don't know if we'll ever be back this way, but we'd like you all to enjoy this restaurant as much as we did.

So happy we found a GEM a new establishment of delicious food in Wheaton (literally next to Safeway). Great customer service by Norma, and the food is DELICIOUS, they place chips and salsa on the table, we had - 1 Pupusa Chicharron & Queso - Especial Salvadoreño Carne Asada Chorizo Rice and Black Beans Salad 2 Handmade Corn Tortillas 1 Freshly Made Jamaica Definitely recommend this place, nice a quiet and family owned. Support small and local businesses. Thank you and May God continue to Bless your business

Rico todo el menu, la mejor atención. 100 % recom3ndado

It was totally unexpected. We were going another place which was closed by the time we got there. Then we went to Vitoria and we were starving. The place is incredibly clean and the crew very friendly. The food was fast and delicious. Seriously one of the best plates we had of "mixed fajitas" and "milanesa de pollo". Lucky night for us.

A quiet gem in Wheaton. Located in a small strip mall with metered parking and a weekend free parking garage. The carne asada was delicious as well as the fried fish. Portions are perfect and the service was outstanding. We can’t wait to come back for more phenomenal food.

Very friendly atmosphere and pupusas and tacos were excellent. Definitely returning with an appetite.

Lovely place, super clean and bright, excellent food cooked to order, kind and attentive people. Looking forward to the desserts next time! We'll definitely be back.

Yuuuummm!!! I'm pretty picky so I stayed simple with the steak quesadilla but I was very pleased. Husband got the Carne asada and he definitely wasn't complaining! I wish we thought to take pictures but didn't think of it until we had already finished eating. They don't have any alcohol so we got a glass of Tamarindo and Marañon. Tastebud heaven! It was very quiet inside- we were the only two people eating in. But the waiter was very sweet! We will be returning for sure!
