Beef pattie and cocoa terrible and the when I asked for a refund the lady said I could ask for a refund through my app ! Crazy I won’t be eating there again . So now I wasted my little money
Ordered food using door dash food was ready on time. Everything from jerk chicken beef patties to the plantains where fire. N they offer a large portion unlike some places I have been. Would recommend

We were visiting Silver Spring for my dad’s funeral and found Tropicana Eatery via a Google search. The staff was wonderful - kind, friendly, helpful and great service. Even the customers inside raved about it. The food was delicious! There was a small mix up with our drinks and the owners actually brought them to our hotel (it was really close, thankfully) after they closed for the night. That was EXCEPTIONAL service! Will always support/visit this restaurant whenever we are in the area.

Came here this morning for breakfast like it’s advertised on the menu. They told me they ply sold lunch. This business should answer their phones. I drove 25 min for nothing.
This place is fantastic. Everything is delicious. Really love the curry chicken. Patties are top notch. I always get plantains. Even the cabbage is good. Really good.
Need more flavor to the food and better presentation of the facility. ??♀️The place never looks open and once inside it looks like a storage space that you order food from.Then when you place your order, they can't hear you because someone thought it was a good idea to hang the TV directly over the cash register. ??♀️??♀️??Stack the unused tables neater; put some of those sodas in the fridge; play some Jamaican music and/or videos on the TV! Liven the place up or something!! Oh and sweep and mop that floor!!Presentation is EVERYTHING!!Try another Grand Reopening before Popeyes open up or yall gonna be short.?

A terrible experience to say the least. Called 3 times to place an order. No one answered. Arrived to the venue with 1 customer and 4 employees. The music was blasting so loud we could not hear eachother. They had no King fish, were extremely rude and couldn't hear me ask for other fish options. Will never go there again.
