I went earlier in the day when they just opened and got the angry salmon. Salmon was really good but for the price I expected a larger portion. The sides were good too (fried rice and cabbage) but nothing out of this world. With a drink and dessert I ended up paying $40 for one person which is just too much. The food was ready pretty quickly and packaged well. I would go back on a day where they have specials like taco Tuesday or superbowl Wednesday where the pricing is more reasonable.
This food was EVERYTHING!!!!!! I got the stewed chicken bowl with noodles and a bunch of other yummy goodies in it. I also ordered the jerk mumbo wings, and the biggest disappointment of all was that there was only ONE flat in the entire container. I was CRUSHED!! I had to give the entire container away after I consumed that one yummy flat of course lol I spent about $34 on the bowl, wings, and a canned coke. The young lady at the register was very helpful and friendly.
I had the jerk chicken with two sides and came back today for the oxtail bowl. Both tasted great! I was a little disappointed that the oxtail bowl didn’t come with any kind of veggies or anything. Simply the meat and the rice. However, the taste was outstanding. They also gave me brown rice instead of the peas and rice I ordered.

For my meal I order the half jerk meal that comes with two sides. The first thing I tried was the chicken and I must say that it was nasty. The chicken tasted like regular barbecue chicken, not jerk. The rice was mediocre and the cabbage was disgusting. The cabbage had a sweet taste to it which I did not like. On top of all of this my food was 20$. If you are looking for a decent meal, please look elsewhere. There are plenty of other decent costing meals in the district. Please do not come here!

Great customer service. Experienced an issue with a third party ordering app and the owner contacted me separately and apologized w/ a refund. I wasn't able to make it back for a little while and the service & food was still great upon return.
I would say if you go in person and dine in you won't regret it. I got the Jerk Chicken with fried rice, angry mayo, angry sweet, cucumber salsa and cilantro. It had a slight kick and very flavorful. (Cost 11.00)The person behind the counter was okay. I think she is new but one of the workers, maybe the manager/owner asked me how my day was going and had a cool but brief exchange.The music is jamming.I will come back to try the oxtail bowl (18.00) and the mac and cheese (7.50)
I ordered their snapper meal. When I got home to eat my meal, it had a freezer taste and the scales were still on the fish. I called the restaurant and the man in the back (some supervisor) told me to come back and they will remake it. I couldn't come that day because it was already late and I was already home which was 30 minutes away. So, I called the next day to let the supervisor know that I'd be coming back. I arrived to the the restaurant (mind you, I drove 30 minutes to get there) and the supervisor asked me if I brought the food from the previous day with me. I told him that I had the receipt and that was not enough. He would not remake my meal.He should have told me when he spoke to me.What kind of place would want the food back? When a restaurant asks for the food to be brought, there seems to be an insinuation that the customer will be dishonest. This is the second time I ordered a snapper meal from them and my snapper had scales. This time there were more scales. My fish was practically covered with scales. He had poor customer service and they unwilling to remake my meal. I paid $30.00 for that meal and it was not worth it all. They do not deserve a star.
Happened upon The Angry Jerk the day before they opened so I was disappointed that I left without any food. I forgot about going until today and was not disappointed when I left this time. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is fantastic - you can't go wrong.
