We came to Friday's for a late dinner and ate even later. The hostess was awesomely polite and delivered us to a nicely lit table. Then it fell apart.There was a battle between music as two types of music playing, rap and R & B. Rap was louder.We ordered BFM margaritas, appetizer and our food. We received something without the Grand Marnier; it tasted more like mix than Patron margaritas. We did get a credit for these and requested top shelf Long Island Iced Teas - the bartender certainly helped us get lit (positive review).The table next to us arrived after us, yet received their entrees before we did. It turns out they received our food. The waitress delivered the news that our food would be delivered shortly. 30 minutes later we received our Cajun double shrimp pasta entrees.In summary, the service was slow, confused and mixed up. We were disappointed in the experience. Also we never heard from the manager at all.
Food was good, ribs and fries tasted as you would expect in this type of restaurant. Service was sub-par, friendly but took too long. Hostess prioritized several take outs before sitting us, even a few that arrived after we did. Seems like it is short staffed. Our waitress was not wearing a mask.
OH okay so this place was not busy the food came in one minute and good service Won't lie my Burger was good and made me full and my mom LOVE the salmon with broc and mac and cheese she. LOVE IT and my dad got a salad good chicken and veggies! He Was full as me and my mom! FIVE STARTS!!!!
We had a great time! The food was perfect. I asked for a medium rare hamburger and it was cooked exactly to my liking. The waitstaff was fast and friendly...I will be back. P.S. The parking is close, plentiful and free!
Excellent welcome.Pork ribs tasted great. The mashed potatoes and broccoli was COLD. When the waiter returned to ask if everything was okay, I told him. He proceeded to tell me the process in the kitchen that may have made that possible. No offer to heat them up. My host looked was already eating so I let it go. They need to get their timing right. Don't have the mashed potatoes and broccoli ready way ahead of the ribs. And please, introduce heating up cold food as an option to the waiters.
Very yummy, lots of great appetizers, and entrees and they are lovely, but if you ask for medium rare the cooks just DO NOT know what that means, so i would just ask for medium and pray, the slushies arent bad, but are more like soft drinks.
I visited this location on Feb 5. My order came out to $43 but my card was charged $72. I came in and asked to speak to a manager but he was too “busy” to speak to me because they had a large order going out. 40 mins went by and the manager couldn’t even come out to at least see what I needed. I spoke to 2 different employees, and asked for him 3 different times. He never came out. I understand being busy, but the least he could’ve done was pop out for a couple mins to see what I needed. Also, why does only ONE person in the entire restaurant know how to issue a refund???? An employee took a picture of my receipt and bank statement and said I should receive my refund in 5 days. Well it’s been exactly a week and guess who never received their refund?
I went to pick up some food and had to wait over 20 minutes to find out how long it would take to be ready??? The hostess was very unpleasant. She said that they were short staffed! That sounds like a problem for Fridays.What ever happened to the good Ole days of good customer service?
Debbie was a wonderful server best service I've had in years. However the Mac n cheese app was gross and the Music they had playing In both rooms gave me a headache... they had like two different stations going on in the restaurant at once. Drinks are great! But men's bathroom needs a plumber..
Waited 45 mins for food to be picked up still was not ready ready after 45mins instead of getting food my order was canceled and manager didn’t even ask why the order needed to be canceled. didn’t even apologize for wasting my time. Very poor service.
