Order the platter with nachos, quesadilla, and chicken wings they put it in the same container so all of it was mashed together nachos were limp, not cheesy, missing the jalepenos, and quesadilla and chicken were cold. Never again!!
Solid place for late Mexican bar food and drinks for the late night. FYI they are open till 3 am on the weekends
Bad service.I went there for carry out with my friend. At first, we were ignored when we wanted to order. When approximately 35 minutes had passed, I spoke up to ask about the food since a lot of time had passed and the place was relatively empty. When I had asked a server about the food she disappeared for another 10 minutes. By this time about 50 had passed and then my friend decided to ask for a refund. She was met back with an attitude and was told that refunds were not allowed and that our food was ready. By the time 55 minutes had passed we received our food. I would have liked to say at the very least that the wait was worth it with the food, but sadly that's not the case. I live 5 minutes down the road from this restaurant, and the food was already cold, and the water vapour was already condensed. Also it was obvious that the food was not made fresh, but instead reheated portion from who knows when.

My experience at Taco Mex was horrible, I waited an hour for my food for carry out, I lost my hunger so I asked for a refund, the server said they couldn’t give me a refund because it’s already in the system, overall they were rude, eating in front of me and on their phones while I was waiting for someone to attend me at the cashier. Very disrespectful, bizarre to think the restaurant is running like this.
Placed an order through Uber Eats. Specifically asked for no beans on the nachos supreme but it came loaded with beans. Chicken quesadilla didn’t arrive at all. Gave 2 stars because the steak quesadilla was good. Never again though because this isn’t the first time that instructions were ignored.

Went for the first time today! Food was absolutely delicious. Furthermore I went with a 6 and 3 yo. They were patient, gave the boys juice boxes, and chips! If you’ve ever been a single parent, bringing kids out to eat is a disaster! Thankfully we went for lunch and I hope the disaster was minimal. But everything from the salsa to our meals was fantastic!! Thank you for dealing with me and the kids ?
The whole staff is really unprofessional I’m not the kind of people who usually gives bad reviews but this one time they were the worts the could, not any attention at all , during the call because I order TOGO. She hanged my call and I had to call back to ask 1 how long would it take2 how much would it be3 know if she places the order because she never say anything not even a thanks and it’s not due to a language barrier because I speak fluent Spanish.Once I went there and the server was really drunk and just started cursing saying random thinks in Spanish and she start recording and she recorded me and I ask them to tell her to delete that after that I just leftI work in a restaurant and I always try to give the best experience to the costumer and I think it’s unfair to don’t get it back when in specks it when I go to another restaurantIf I could give a 0 I would do it with out even thinking about it
