15 min for 7 tacos. Drink was wrong and the place was mostly closed off.Several people were walking around looking busy.They forgot the 2 packets of sauce I asked for.I watched my order sit for 4 or 5 min until someone noticed me glaring at them to get my order. Now my food is colder than fast food should be.The workers are either untrained or just don't care even a little to work. One was literally standing behind the door just yelling "people are here. Diablo sauce! "Never again.
We’ve attempted to come to this location several times. The drive thru line is always as long as the parking lot. They also had a sign out last night saying they were cash only. We ended up going to another location.
The first thing I'll tell you about this Taco Bell is that it's not a Taco Bell it's a KFC / Taco Bell. The second thing I will mention is that the line for the drive-thru is often ridiculously long. Imagine waiting in line for gasoline during the oil embargo of 1973...... So I like to take my chances inside as often as I can. The KFC menu is always available every item. The Taco Bell menu is advertised but often a they claim the items are unavailable. I feel the staff doesn't want to make some of these items because they're more complicated than just giving them the chicken that's laying around. On the rare occasion you can get every item that you order off the Taco Bell menu the food is pretty decent. So if you'd like to roll the dice and check it out it's about a 50/50 chance you'll get what you came for.
It was the only Taco Bell within walking distance of my hotel and they didn’t even let me order inside. Don’t go here.
Polite service even with the drive thru being long
Consistency is supposed to be good in a restaurant, right? I'm here to tell you that's not always the case!This particular restaurant is consistently horrid. They are only open via the drive-thru window since they were removed from the various delivery platforms for getting so many orders completely wrong. Their in person service is no better! No matter what you order, no matter what gets repeated back to you (assuming you can understand them at all), your order will be wrong.Drive miles out of your way to avoid this location, or choose another place entirely. I know I will be, from now on!
Not very good, kinda made me pull off after placing order. Landscape needs A very good exterminator, that's all I'll say.
This is the "can't get right" of all taco bell's! Food is always either cold or wrong, complaining to the manager is pointless, corporate office ☎️ is next mission

Didn’t know bean and cheese burritos came with lettuce and tomatoes. My crunchy tacos were broken taco shell pieces. Don’t come here the lady is mad rude yelling at you with her headset on the drive thru. This place is a joke
