They have good options for the frozen yogurt flavors. i like the fruit ones better. The toppings are well arranges and mostly full. No issues using my coupons.

Anyone walking through the doors of this amazing institution instantly knows they're in for a treat. The wide array of flavors offered alongside a literal buffet of toppings is enough to bring out the inner child in even the oldest of diners. I especially enjoyed the cheesecake flavor, with marshmallow sauce and Oreo being my favorite toppings. However, one could go a million different directions in ordering from this menu. My purchase came out to $10, which isn't bad considering how many toppings I loaded on. If you're in the mood for a delicious frozen yogurt treat, you can do no better than Sweet Frog.

The girl working on the day I went in was rude and nasty . She yelled at customers ,it was disturbing . I will not go back to this location ever again .
On Friday, November 5 I visited the Lexington Drive location of sweet frog. My family is a frequent customer of this location, purchasing 4 cups at least once a week. When we arrived, the young lady working had an attitude and seemed ready to go. When we approached the topping station we found that 60% of the toppings had the lids on them. The only toppings that were actually open were the candy, fruity pebbles, and the cakes (pound cake and brownies). I attempted to open one of the covers to get blueberries to which she told me “M’am, they’re closed for a reason”. When I inquired what the reason was, especially since there was product in each of the containers, she said “ kids keep putting their hand in them and I’ve already had to change them four times. I don’t want to waste any more product.” My mother-in-law opted to not purchase her yogurt, as none of the toppings she wanted were accessible to us, even though they were readily available. I purchased my yogurt and decided to use the toppings that I had at home. It is preposterous that frequent customers would be denied access to purchase a product that’s readily available because the employee seemed more interested in trying to clean up as fast as possible to end her shift. This experience has made me not want to frequent this location any further, and instead drive to my preferred frozen yogurt location in Bethesda row. Disappoint it is to say the least.
Really bad customer service experience. Yogurt was great. The employee was rude, incredibly disrespectful and began closing 45 minutes early, closing half the toppings and yelling at customers when asking about them. Was super cold and unfriendly towards every customer. As soon as we left she locked up and didnt allow the customers after us in, even though it was 30 minutes until closed. Even watched her throw empty bins across the counter. Incredibly unprofessional and Would not recommend anyone come to this location.
Their website and sign on the door shows that they close at 10PM on Saturdays. I got there at 9:45 and the lights were off and the doors were locked. A staff member standing in the back looked up and saw me standing at the door, made eye contact, then walked away and never let me in. I worked in the food industry for many years and totally understand the desire to clean up early and get home. But it’s really poor customer service to intentionally ignore a customer during your advertised business hours. I had been looking forward to a cup of frozen yogurt all night and rushed to get there in time for closing, so this was a huge disappointment. Do better Sweetfrog.
There is so many flavors you can choose from. Everything is neat and clean.
Great yogurt and ice cream, but many flavors were broken and no hot fudge....
