Fast-friendly courteous kind service on a moderately busy Friday night at dinner time. Clean store clean restrooms even the baristas are clean cut. Consistent refreshers keeping with the Starbucks mission of serving simply exciting refreshments fast and Fresh and even having a little fun with it. Don't forget to tip your baristas and nickels and dimes is what made the phone company what they are today.
I came here for a drink a few months ago because they recommended that they make good drinks here, and they were right, it is one of the best Starbucks I have ever tried, today I wanted my drink and by mistake I put the wrong address and it was a bit far, thanks to God, faith (who works there) helped me and made me a drink, very kind and super friendly, we need this type of attitude every day, since today I came from a long day of work and with what happened to me I thought I had a bad lucky but that changed with the help of faith, a great woman
Had a turkey pesto sandwich and caramel Machiatto with soy. Always a pleasant experience.
Most employees are nice at this location however no matter how descriptive I am regarding my drink order they do not get it right. I ask every time for my coffee to be completely stirred with extra almond milk i like my coffee creamy. Im not sure how much more detail i can give. Regardless they do not stir it ever. I always have to ask for them to fix it which never works. Other locations have no issue stirring my cold brew and making it creamy. This location literally gives me half coffee and half almond milk unstirred every time. And its not yummy like when other locations make it. I don’t like to complain but for the amount we pay for coffee at Starbucks they should get it right. I also don’t think Starbucks would approve of wasting product like when they give me a whole cup of almond milk on the side so i can go home to fix my coffee. Which btw still tasted disgusting at home. Please understand this has been multiple visits and attempts to give this location a shot. But i rather drive to olney location at this point. Not to mention the young lady at the register today said nothing at all i walked up and she stared into space i had to say hello even then nothing very dry. The other two employees seem to greet everyone for her. What happen to customer service?!
All of the staff here are truly amazing. I often go here around 7am-8am to pick up my drink on my way to work/school and the staff here are beyond friendly; I know how hard it can be to put on a smile, especially so early in the morning haha kudos to all of you! Once, they accidentally got my drink size wrong and when I mentioned it to one of the staffers, I was just expecting them to pour my current drink into the larger size that I originally ordered because it wasn’t a big deal. But instead, they apologized, let me keep my current drink, and quickly went out of their way to also make me a larger drink in less than 2 minutes. Super impressed! Thank you for all that you do.
This one star is just for curbside pick up in this store as it really is No No good. Sometimes I had to wait up to half an hour for my coffee and there were times that I had to go inside to get my coffee in person although I had ordered it for curbside pick up.
Right next to the gas station. No drive thru. They were quick to get my order. Entrance was clear after the recent snow.
I love the new cookie Frappuccino. I only stopped here on my way to work very early in the morning in the morning and I just wish it was a little bit faster but I think all Starbucks is like that.
Waited 30 mins for my drink. After repeatedly asking employees about my drink they kept saying “we’re backed up” I come to find out they “lost” my ticket… not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Terrible location
I don't come here often, but when I do I usually get a hot chocolate because they use real actual chocolate. Also, I appreciate the free cup of coffee on Veterans' Day. I got a tall Pike's Peak Roast with almond milk and peppermint syrup that was really good. Also, they always have some groovy music playing here. It's a pleasant environment.
