So slow its terrifying
4 out of 5 times they are out of almost everything. Example iced coffee.
I visited on 5/27/2020. My husband and I happened to be in the area, I had grown up in Calverton and lived there from 1964-1983. One of the baristas noticed my army 10-miler shirt and asked if I was in the military. I said no, my husband is, he recently returned from Iraq. My husband happened to be in the car; he had a surgical procedure at Walter Reed that morning. They were so appreciative of his service, they ran his coffee out to the car and thanked him. We were both overwhelmed by their kindness, friendliness and energy. They created an amazing experience for us. And the coffee was perfect. Xoxoxo!!
Went in for a cup of coffee. I was also looking for chocolate covered espresso beans. The barista went in the back and found a box. Opened the box for me to purchase one pack. Great customer service ?

Quite limited plugins for laptops and rather dull working area.
Terrible tasting chai latte. I asked about it, and staff said it was made correctly; they could make it again, but it would taste the same, or give me a refund. Will use the Starbucks around the corner next time. Staff was polite and space was clean. Was very disappointed that my latte tasted more like milk than chai.
This shop is really friendly and have awesome management , they always care about each customer walk in. One time I saw a girl walked in and they knew her name plus what she wanted already. So cool.
