Staff is always friendly whenever I’ve gone. And although the orders typically take a little longer, as there’s often only one barista on duty, they’re always delicious. They don’t skimp on the additions or fill 90% of the cup with ice like other Starbucks in the area.
I’ve been patient with this store inside safeway since they don’t usually have everything a stand alone Starbucks has. I’ve been patient with them not getting my drink right or telling me they’re out of something or someone didn’t stock during their shift. But today, I come close to the counter say hi to the girl and she immediately puts her hand up as she’s eating and tells me “I’m on break!” I said no worries thanks and left. If she’s on break why is she behind the counter? If she’s on break why isn’t the sign put up that they’ll be back or are closed for 30 mins or whatever. She didn’t even bother to say give me a min or even apologize.

I love the iced caramel latte
It's Starbucks, the coffee is ok. While sitting by myself, at socially distanced tables, drinking my coffee the barista yelled for me to put my mask on. Really, we're all just trying to get through this but use your brain. I'm following the rules, what do you want from me.
I love this place, I usually get blueberry muffins, passion fruit lemonade iced tea and also mint hot tea.

A couple days ago i went to starbucks. I got the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I read her name tag and I believe her name was Nicole. She kept rolling her eyes and she did not even ask me what i wanted, she said “what you want” in such a disrespectful tone.. i dont know if sis was not having it that day but i dont know how people like that get employed. i have a fast food job and sometimes i have a bad day but i will never go out and disrespect the customers the way that, the young woman did .. such a shame that starbucks hasnt correct her .. hopefully you guys do! God bless her and to whoever she has disrespected .
