Terrible experience, cashier stole from friend and I. If I could give zero stars I would. I was going to the shopping center with a few other friends and we decided to go to Starbucks. My friend ordered her drink before me and she was asked what she would like to order she then told the cashier and her put in the order. He then printed a receipt and never asked if she wanted one. He threw away the receipt. Then he gave her 3 cents in change. Her order cost around $4.40 which would mean she gets 60 cents. Then my turn to order came around and I ordered a venti Caramel Frapucino and the cashier rang my total up to $6.10. Me being a young Student only had cash to pay with and I had no change and gave him a $5 bill and two $1 bills which is $7.00 in total and I should get 90 cents in change but after he asked for my order name I gave it to him and he said "Have a nice day." I then walked over to my friends and told them "I didn't get asked if I wanted a receipt and I didn't get any change. He also threw away my receipt. Later we all realize that the cashier was taking advantage of us because we were children and he didn't ask if we wanted receipts so we would not realize that we were owed change. And since we were never given a receipt for either of our orders, the only evidence we have of this is what we saw. This place gave me a terrible experience I will never be returning and I will be calling to make sure that the man who stole from my friend and I is punished for doing so. He committed theft and from two young girls. I will never be coming back.
Always great to go back and visit my old job. Everyone is super warm and welcoming. They don't seem to move as quickly as they used to, but nonetheless it's still a great location. Small neighborhood shop where everyone knows everyone!
I stop by after showing a few homes to my clients for a pick me upper. Great services and better coffee
My barista made a great coffee super laxed guy with a native american tattoo on his arm. My wife on the other hand said she was unable to use the restroom. I asked her what she meant and proceeded to tell me how she just couldn't bring herself to use this restroom. Unattended, dirty, and didnt even have a roll of paper. Lol I was surprised with how clean everything else looked, and that they had a lot of staff on hand. Dont plan on using this restroom.
Slowly Coming Back To Old Glory Following The Pandemic
The staff were 30 minutes behind on mobile orders but were getting walk in orders done quickly. The woman who was making the drinks wasn’t even announcing the names she was just finishing the drinks and putting it on a rack. There was 10 people waiting on mobile orders why wouldn’t you announce the maces so we can get out of there.
Terrible experience. I had to wait an hour, for a uber order. Not exaggerating about that hour, got there at 12pm and left at 1:12pm. I had to ask about the order multiple times. They didn’t even start making the drinks till I asked. The customer service was terrible as well. They didn’t apologize for the wait and they didn’t even hand me the order or called it(knowing i had been waiting that long) This experience was terrible. There were also some mobile orders sitting on the counter without being called. It was not busy and there was enough staff, so it should not have taken that long.
Stop in every morning, always have a good experience
Let's paint a picture. U are working for the 8th day in a row and u wake up just wanting a good coffee. U get up slightly earlier and get to the store. What's the hours on Google on a Sunday? 6am to 830pm. What's the hours on the door of the store? 6am to 830pm. So why isn't it open? It's 652am, it's not open, someone is inside but ignoring everyone at the door. People are leaving because they have waited so long. This is not the first time I've seen this either. Either post new hours or fine employees that love their job so much they want to open on time.
Drink was just right. I always get the cafe mocha
