This Starbucks is terrible.The Starbucks is always out of most drinks.The manager/supervisor is the worst. She only makes drinks for employees of the store and spends 10 minutes conversing with them even if there are other customers. She also never acknowledges/greets customers. She’s been working at this location for years and I cannot understand how she still has a job. I guess Starbucks doesn’t care bc it’s not a main store?*I posted this under the Giant store reviews and then came back to post under the actual Starbucks location. And I was surprised to read that many customers have this problem with the supervisor (learned that her name is Renee).I am reiterating that she has poor customer service skills and lacks the professionalism that’s needed to manage this store
It seems like no body cares about peoples review since this rude lady still working here with same altitude over years and years so I am saving my energy and time complain about her I have no different complaints than the others below I experienced the same TAKE YOUR REVIEW SERIOUSLY REAL PEOPLE REAL EXPERIENCE
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Anytime I come to this location the workers act like they have somewhere else they’d rather be. They hold up the line while holding conversations with customers who have received their order already or their coworkers. My regular drinks I get at other locations are never made correctly!! Oh and older RUDE light skin lady is always “out” of everything but I can’t tell if she’s actually out of it or doesn’t feel like making it... I thought I was the only one tired of the customer service at this location or lack thereof but reading other reviews I am not alone. Why hasn’t she been fired? Enlighten me.
ABSOLUTE WORST Starbucks in the DMV area. Most unprofessional, rude, and irritable staff I've ever seen Starbucks have at one location for so long. No one really wants to work, they get an attitude with you because THEY don't have proper stock. The only customers they like to serve are the people employed at this Giant location lol. They mock their customers and act like we can't hear them. This location gives Starbucks a bad name. Each Starbucks employee needs both a reality check and retraining with customer service. Much rather the service from Pete's in the same shopping center.
Management should be fired. Anytime I stop here they say they only have coffee or iced coffee. This morning they have no lids so I can’t purchase anything other then a tall. I got a tall anyway and the drink tasted terrible smh. Employees very unprofessional making their own drinks while I’m waiting for mine. Today was the last time I try this location even if I’m shopping at this giant.
Save your self the pain. The service is awful.
I gave this place more than one chance since I work close by and who doesn’t like a cup of coffee in the morning!But this place is horrible! I have no clue how it’s still open, the customer service is so bad and unprofessional, the coffee order is always wrong every single time and when I ask them to correct it they get really mad and start talking bad about me and other customers!Do not ware your time or money here!

Renee is rude and doesn’t wear her masks properly. I haven’t seen her since they remodeled the Starbucks, but we had another incident where the younger lady worker was clearly sick and seemed out of it. We overheard employees asking if she was ok, and she admitted to being sick. How do you let a SICK employee continue to work there?
