One of my favorite Starbucks outlets because of the people watching potential. Will be happy when they have the full compliment of seating again.
Awesome staff and great service! I came in yesterday for the first time and tried a new drink (forgot the name, it was a cold brew with some chocolate), different from my usual Caramel Frappe to try and cut back on the sugar. Not as sweet and savory as my usual, but it was good enough for a low calorie/ low sugar drink!
This Starbucks really busy. Some guy trying to bum money from me while I was in line. Never got waited on, but not sure why.
11.04.2021 Time 08:30amService is absolutely not to the standards of Starbucks. Or for the money we pay for the coffee.Employees not trained well enough. If you are getting into a meeting , and planning to grab a quick coffee, forget it. Or if you are going for a coffee in the morning , better you be prepaid to stand in line at least 20 to 25 mins. Hope the management will look into this and trainee there employees.
Went In with my daughter. I ordered the caramel crunch frap, the girl helping us was on her phone and didn’t seem interested in helping us, she was also not informed that they didn’t have any crunch for the Frap. Inform your employees if you don’t have something, the guy making it should have said something also. Not very professional. And also it seemed like we were getting pushed out of there, Bc the girl came up to us telling us That they were closing at 7. Mind you, it was 6:50 when they close at 9.
Have Roaches! Last week I ordered my usual frap, saw one crawling near the cashier station. I came back today for a pick-me-up (guess what for). I saw another, this time scurrying away from where the coffees are brewed towards the side where the fraps are made. OH. MY. FRAP! EWWWWWWW
VERY BAD ! Ordered a Strawberry Acai … wait was 10-15 mins …. the girl dumped so much strawberries in my drink, barely had ice or mixed well. IT WAS A SEED ACAI , SO MUCH SEEDS AND OVERLY SWEET ! ASKED FOR 3 PUMPS OF CLASSIC SYRUP , TASTED LIKE 10 ! NO APOLOGIES OR NOTHING ! NEEDS TO BE MORE WORKERS AS WELL , IT SEEMED TO BE SHORT STAFF… :(

Staff needs to be trained better on how to make drinks... as of lately most things my friend and I order taste flavorless and off.
(September 3, 2021) Never went here. Starbucks is closed. Looks like it's been closed for awhile. It just keeps showing up on my time line which I don't understand why.
