I always come here because Kimmy and Shyniqua are the most pleasant people ever! They go above and beyond to help us, and I never know better customer service until I’ve encountered them. Very sweet, helpful and most essentially, very productive! They’re always either cleaning, organizing or serving customers with beautiful smiles on their faces. Remarkable service!
30 minutes for a $12 smoothie at 3 pm…only 2 people working on a Friday afternoon. No wonder tropical smoothie and Robex are more common
The store it’s supposed to be Open today Sunday March 27th 2022 and nobody is there waited for almost half hour and nobody showed up. It’s 12:15PM not sure who is overseeing the employees at this location.
35 minutes for a smoothie that wasn’t blended well. Instead of checking to make sure that the smoothies were blended, person moved on to blending for next person who had walked in 10 minutes after me. Worth the drive to another smoothie king.
I’ve had three or four meh experiences here. Smoothies not blended or mixed correctly. Missing ingredients, etc. I tried again today and put in an order for early pickup. Store wasn’t open and the first employee showed up 20 minutes late and didn’t really care. Had to cancel my order because at least one of us has to get to work on time ??♀️
Horrible employee she should be fired right away, her name is Frances and she hates serving costumers. She kept complaining every time a costumer would come inAnd they would leave because of her. She seemed very annoyed with everyone and hates her job.
Despite having paid for my pickup order online, the store manager refused to fulfill my order today. Her reason was that they never received my order.Showing my email receipt made no difference either, and I was left there standing with my infant (because this location doesn’t offer curbside pickup) watching many others’ pickup orders being fulfilled.She called her director of operations to suggest that I had ordered from a third party site and never asked to see my receipt. She only wanted an order # for her supervisor to process a refund that I was given no proof or receipt for because she “didn’t have the authority to give refunds for online orders.”I don’t get it. Why offer a refund instead of fulfilling the order? As a result of this, I called to inform Smoothie King of their technical issue and how this was handled. I’ll just make my own superfood beverages if they are in the business of denying service to paying customers.
Beware if you have allergies. I ordered a kids berry smoothie with no dairy for my 2 year old daughter. She had a major allergic reaction after taking only 5 sips, we were up all night taking care of her and watching her vomit mucus from the reaction.For those interested. I specifically ordered this drink because it had no dairy in it, also I specified "dairy allergy" in the instructions.
No respect for the schedules of their customers. When I order at 3:20 p.m. and arrive at 3:35 p.m. to find an empty store, I don't expect to wait 15 more minutes for my order to be made.
Walked in on a Friday night at 7:45pm to be told that they were only accepting online orders. I am in the store ready to place an order and couldn’t even do that.
