Very disappointed in this place but I see why it’s always empty. Worse customer service. They give you old meat that’s dry, burnt & has been sitting around. Wasabi is always spoiled smelling & tasting. Nothing is fresh here! They barely give you meat also! Because of this place I no longer ever want Sarku anywhere! Very gross!
Ordered from Uber eats.. Gotta say, food was great.. They had a special on their prices so both dishes was under $10 each..i ordered beef and chicken teriyaki and both were delicious and food portion was very generous. Packaging was solid. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area craving for Japanese food..

Popular in shopping mall food courts, this Sarku Japan is conveniently located in a suburban shopping center. Chicken, beef, shrimp teriyaki are the main choices. Options for white rice, fried rice, or noodles. They also make a variety of sushi. The bento box is a nice variety of the above. No indoor dining due to COVID-19. Walk-in carry-out, phone orders, and Uber/Door dash delivery.
Chicken is good. I’ve tried a couple times the extra chicken option and don’t bother. They don’t add extra chicken save your money.

I recommend getting the brunch for 2 deal. It’s $49 and you get a pitcher of sangria (I got white), brunch paella skillet, and churros. It’s an incredible deal and honestly enough food for 3 people.
Chain-like, bright atmosphere. The food is ready quickly, nice portions, good price, adequate taste and quality.
It’s a solid place, sometimes order it so much I get tired of it. Then after a break I’m back ordering it again haha
