The food is the food is tasty but the customer service was very sub par. They rush you as you order and they are not accommodating at all. I get paying for extra sauce but asking to put vegetables on the side; I'd have to pay for a whole other container when the food is almost 20 bucks, like wth?? Make it fit! Money hungry over plastic? And she was rude in her tone and it didn't feel as if she wanted to budge.I guess you show not come visit when you're having a bad day, they wont help make it better. Good thing food speaks for it self.

Way too slow! Every Sarku I’ve ever been to is very fast. You get your food by the time you walk to the end of the counter. This place makes you wait 15+ minutes after placing the order. Staff seemed disorganized. Line of people awaiting their order got very long.

I'm really disgusted. I ask for chicken teriyaki and it wasn't cooked well. Maybe Montgomery County should inspect how they cook chicken, because salmonela is dangerous and our health matters. The owners and managers should make sure that the food is cooked well. If this happens again, I will report it.
