Food was soooo goood !!! Tuna was great!!! Peanut rolls as well and avocado too!!!
Having ordered from here periodically for almost two years, it's easy to say that the sushi is pretty good for the price and is always consistent. However, last night on whim I ordered some Chinese to try it out since it's close by and could be delivered quickly (I usually pick it up but couldn't this time). NEVER order anything other than takeout sushi from this place!!First, the Doordasher didn't even bother to attempt to get in contact with me to get into the building, and left the order outside the building's front door on the ground where it could've easily been stolen.Second, the vegetable dumplings are quite overpriced for a brand you can easily find in the frozen section of H-Mart. Third, I also got the vegetarian General Tso's chicken, and not only did the sauce taste solely of vinegar and salt, but there was REAL CHICKEN mixed into the dish!! I had no clue until I bit into a piece because the coating made it look identical. I'm a pescatarian, so that is a GIGANTIC problem. It only causes me to wonder what else on that side of the kitchen goes awry.Sharing this review makes me rather frustrated and sad, as one half of the menu is a tremendous letdown from the other.
We love Red Maple on Grubb Road. The sushi and the other Asian dishes have always been very tasty and fresh. When we order take out, the order is always ready on time. When we have eaten in, the staff is friendly and service is prompt. Prices are reasonable, too.

I get really nervous when restaurants have multiple types of Asian cuisine but I was pleasantly surprised. The sushi was really good and the Chinese food I’ve had has also been really good. I haven’t tried the Thai but maybe I will in the future. This is a great local restaurant

Fair prices, always consistent with food with timing and great flavor. The menu has great varietyand the lunch menu is very cost efficien. The staff is friendly and carry out is easy/quick. There is a standard 30 minute wait but sometimes they are quicker. Never longer.Order pick up through the restaurant, NOT postmates or else you'll risk an up charge of %19.
I ordered from Grubhub and was upset when the entree of the order did not show up. I called the restaurant and they offered a refund, but when I said that I wanted the food they said they would deliver it. A guy was at my door within 20 minutes with piping hot General Tso’s Chicken. Probably the best General Tso’s I’ve ever had. The spicy tuna tacos are a must! Thank you for fixing the issue and delivering an excellent meal.
the freshest and gorgeously assembled sushi anywhere fir a reasonable price. spotless and very accommodating.
