This place is disgusting. I have been to Red Lobsters and know it's a decent chain, nothing fancy, but this was horrible. The service was careless and slow. The mussels were not fresh. The crab legs were cold and tasteless. Even the beer tasted off and they didn't have a glass so I had to drink from the bottle. Also, why show a pic of Blue Moon in a glass with an orange, but make me drink out of the bottle. This was all around the worst seafood experience I've had and I'm just hoping I don't get a stomach ache. The health dept needs to go by here. Not to mention everything was dirty.

The food and drinks tasted off and seafood was cold and tasteless. The service left us hanging. I will not eat here again.

Google said they closed at 10pm, they had a sign on the door that said they close at 9:30pm. They locked the doors after we walked in at 8:50pm. Food was good and the servers were nice. But felt like they were rushing to close up shop a hour early. The location was easy to get to as well, but parking said the time limit was a hour. Which is absurd if you’re going to a sit down restaurant for a nice night out.

This Red Lobster is absolutely trash. Our server was obviously new and didn’t know which way was up. We got our entrees before our appetizer and biscuits. The biscuits were not cooked all the way through. When we finally received our salad that was they only good thing about our meal overall. Also there was a server walking around the restaurant openly drinking a beer while other tables, like ours, were missing food.Overall service was terrible, wouldn’t recommend and not coming back!

Don’t try using open table for this place after 9pm. We should up and they told us the kitchen was closed. I don’t understand why open table would have red lobster on their list if their kitchen was closed.

Jeremy was great & other servers helped out as well and were very courteous.

If I could I would rate zero stars. I bit into my steak to find it RAW. Not rare or medium rare but unchewably raw. So, like I said if I could I would rate zero.

My birthday. Food was great and plenty of it; I love me some leftovers. I didn’t think to ask, but it would have been nice if my mom could have order off a”kids” menu. As an older senior, she doesn’t eat big portions; she order the “pick two”. Let’s just say she know has lunch and dinner for some point over the weekend. She did, however, make a little room for the chocolate wave ( my birthday reward).

This place is very sad and the food is awful. The staff was very nice however. When we first arrived, after waiting too long at the hostess stand, we were told that they were short on staff and food, so takeout was the only option. Although this location did not even serve many things listed on the menu. A nice young man came from the back, interrupted and offered to seat us. Although, I should have ran when I had the chance. I had a coupon so I thought it was worth a try, but it was not worth it. The waiter was sweet and helpful but the food was so bad, almost gross. I can't believe this chain is still in operation. I have only been fool enough to go to Red Lobster a few times in my life and they got me again. Great marketing techniques but the food is consistently bad, perhaps getting worse, if that's possible.
