All the raving reviews about the food are undeniable. HOWEVER the customer service.. I placed my order before arriving because I drove almost 2 hours to go check this restaurant out. When I arrived young lady (I’m assuming the same one everyone complains about in the reviews) looked at my order made a face and walked away. She then came back again services a few more customers and said she’ll be back… 45 minutes later someone else noticed I had been standing there for a while and asked what my order was … then notified me that they had run out of certain foods and that was cause of the delay.Overall the jollof was perfect not spicy and the goat meat was delicious / not too dry or though. The fried rice was also great. The bofrot is a MUST have but I think the meat in the meat pie had spoiled or maybe it was sitting out a little too long so I didn’t reallly get to experience it.The food was REALLY yummy and I would love to get it again but I don’t know if I want to drive 2 hours just to wait 45 minutes for an order pick up meal ?

Have had the pleasure of engaging their catering services at least on three occasions and have never been disappointed. The ladies are very professional and courteous…… will definitely recommend them !Charles, Adelphi.

Great place for authentic Ghanaian and Nigerian food... Try the Awakye and the banki and okra?. Jollof is off the hook too

Great food, but terrible customer service, but it’s really just one staff member who wears a red bonnet I’ve had issues with repeatedly. One time I arrived, she continued to answer the phone and take customers after I walked in to pick up food, so eventually I realized imma have to act like this is Ghana and skip the line and be loud to be serviced. I actually stopped coming as much as I used to because just about EVERY time I come to pick up food, I get irritated by her attitude. Yesterday, I tried using Uber eats but they seem to no longer use it. So I had to go and pick up my food, only to be met with attitude because the cashier (who is almost always there when I pick up my food) “didn’t see” my order even after I showed her my name and order number on the receipt. She finally went to the back again and brought me the food and said a simple “sorry” and went back to what she was doing. The boys who are at the register from time to time always make me laugh or smile when I come to get my food, but with her I always get attitude. Who ever is in charge of management needs to switch it up because her attitude alone makes me not want to continue spending my hard earned dollars here.

The prices are great! And jollof with beef and fish sides with a boiled egg? Yum and generous!!? consumer service was awful but improving a little bit.... I go there mostly for the Fula and milk yogurt drink but they are out regularly other than that highly recommended ❤️

Soo I was here a few weeks ago and received the KINDEST hospitality from the SWEETEST person named Christabelle. It started with my order over the phone, and when I got there I asked if she was the sweet sweet voice over the phone! Because of her I don’t hesitate to order from this restaurant. Thank you my dear for being who you are, may the good good Lord continue to prosper you for your kind gestures!

I found this place on Uber eat didn’t know I live 15 minutes from it. Went in, in person food was still good but the cashiers has no idea on handle customers service. I wish the tips goes to the cook not cashier because they are not friendly. One lady was taking my order while on the phone ?? the food still good tho..

Quick, clean, good food... and for Africans to have your food ready in a timely manner is a miracle. I won't say no names.. african restaurant on Annapolis road ?

So, am a born Ghanaian 60yrs ago, I really think the joloff was a bit too spicey. Can you cut down on the pepper or the ginger in the Stew? Ghana joloff should be sweet tasting not highly spicy. The joloff rice needs perfection!

Customer service is horrible. I would appreciate if the cashier paid attention to me instead of just being distracted and not focusing on my order. Ugh!
