PROS-Affordable food.-Good location.-Good customer service.CONS-It’s no Chipotle: stark contrast, as a matter of fact.It just wasn’t giving the same energy and taste and PIZAZZ as a Chipotle meal would.-The menu options didn’t WOW me: it was the same ole typical Mexican fare, nothing out of the ordinary.I would simply recommend for diners to venture to a traditional and original Mexican eatery vs. eating here.
I debated whether or not to write this but I am really agitated by what happened. I went to this location with my son this morning at 9:45 am. I asked for a cheese crusted quesadilla and was told I could only get that at lunchtime (10:30am). I thought that was strange but said ok, I’ll have a regular cheese quesadilla then. She gets the tortilla and I start to tell her what I want on it (cheese, a little queso, pico and sour cream). She said No, only at lunch. Wait what??????? They literally have a “create your own breakfast quesadilla” on the breakfast menu and everything I wanted on it was right in there on the line. Meanwhile my sons food was already done. He got 3 chicken tacos with beans, jalapeño, cheese, pico and rice but my food was considered lunch?!? Anyway, my son had a nice breakfast and I had nothing.
Food is good. They took the beef brisket protein off the menu which is a bummer. Sometimes hard to hear when ordering because of kitchen noise.
Good fast food. Adoba has a bit more condiments selection than the other place. I always order the quesadilla here. It’s much better. I order mine with tomatoes ?, black beans, cilantro ? cheeses ? and chicken ?. Delicious.The spicy ? sauces aren’t spicy at all but they give it a good taste to the quesadilla.
My family and I have visited this location about 8 times within the last half a year. The food is delicious. We have been there for both breakfast and lunch and food wise it is great. Unfortunately the people working there are a different story. Every single visit we have made, we are treated very rudely. Every. Single. Visit. In the future I will stick to ordering online and picking up an order in order to avoid the unpleasant experience of dealing with the staff there.
My girlfriend and I went to this qdoba and probably won’t be back for awhile. Since I never been to qdoba before I thought I would give it a try. While I was ordering the food, a worker who was making my food made comments to her coworker in Spanish about how stupid I looked for not knowing what I wanted. Little did she know My girlfriend and I both studied and speak Spanish fluently. I was quiet shocked about what has occurred and made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable. This place is Unprofessional and rude. No one wants to be judged and make them feel stupid. Hope this doesn’t happened to the others . I will not support this restaurant going forward.
Only place I ate at and I ended up with food poisoning. Will never return. Worst 4days with a trip to Urgent Care and the ER.
I want to thank the staff member for enforcing the mask mandate at this location for dealing with the defensive customer behind me today. I can only assume it is a thankless job since nobody including myself thought to thank him at the time. The customer on the phone who kept insisting that "none of the other business around here asked me to wear a mask" and "I got the vaccine, do you want to see my covid card" was probably the first time I have seen this behavior since mask mandates have been in effect but I thought the staff member dealt with it in a calm manner despite the implied snarky tone in the customer's responses.Now what do I think of the food? I think it's great! I come here often to get a burrito with little variance in my order. I think my only criticism would be that the distribution of ingredients over the burrito as you bite it could be better as some days I feel like I get the rice all on one side and it's a burrito with a wide diameter which is tough when ingredients are not mixed uniformly. Overall though, great job, great food, and great service.
Food was good, as expected from Qdoba, but the girl at the counter was plain rude. Asked for a reprint of my receipt because it’s a company card and I need a receipt to submit for expenses and the ink ran out leaving an incomplete receipt. She flatly said “No, get it on your phone.”
The choices are spectacular. Very little spice in pork but tasty. Love the bowls. Casual semi-fast food. Need the Uber variety digital fountain drink machine like WV Qdoba has. Had all manufacturers (Coke, Pepsi products, Teas and juices, Grape, Orange, Gatorade etc.) and touch screen to select. Not so big that there isn't room for syrups required. This restaurant is larger than the one that had this machine. Anyway, other than that, I like Qdoba and the staff was very friendly. Staff seems to work well together. Openess allows one to see the lack of mess and cleanliness of work space(s).
