I love Potbelly's, great sandwiches/ subs that don't break the bank,, although they have gone up a lot since I last ate at Porbelly's. I always get The Wreck, which use to be $6, today I paid $9. I guess every has gone up, post-Covid. Still, I great sub. Friendly and Busy staff. Many call in and delivery orders at 11:30 am.Very clean. I'll be Back
I have ordered my meal several times on the app at least 30 minutes in advance. When I arrive 15 to 20 minutes past my given pick-up time, it hasn't even been started. Its not even busy and they seem confused as to where my prder is. No one apologizes and there is no sense of urgency to make my order. It's sad that as much a I enjoy coming here, I can't waste my entire lunch break waiting for something that should've been ready.
Please next time let me know if store has "preferred kind of guests" they serve based on the skin color. I was in line didn't get attend until the customers after me entered the store. For some reasons, even though I ordered first , the following guests (fair complexion and Caucasian) were served and paid for their order before me while I was still standing there like an invisible man and completely ignored. I don't mind my order being messed up but I do mind how I'm treated compared to a fellow guest who has a different skin complexion . if you need the details ,Dear owner or manager of the store. Long lines slow service and orders not ready for pickup at proper time. Sometimes half an hour after suggested pickup time as you stand there waiting. Awful. Good sandwiches though
I was the only customer in the store. I just wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal. No one would wait on me. Its not that the staff went actively out of their way to be rude but rather completely unatentaive. However thats still rude. Naturally I ate elsewhere. I won't be back
I had a bad experience on visit to this location at Tech Rd on 10/29/2021 and consequently no response from Potbelly customer service. I was served a big tuna sandwich soaked with dressings eventhough I had repeatedly instructed the server not to add any kind of dressing. When I was about to eat the sandwich at their parking lot inside my car it was too watery and dressings was excessively dripping. I went back to the restaurant with the sandwich to ask them to change it. I spoke with same server who made the it but his response was not what I had expected. He ignored me stating that he didn't remember seeing me at all. The other staff members too seemeddisinterested, instead focusing on their own routines. I was late for work and I didn't have time to argue with them just to get a simple sandwich. Surprised by their reactions I dumped the sandwich into a trashcan and left the restaurant. Since I was more upset by their reactions, I called Potbelly customer service and left a voice message, sharing my experience. As of November 6th, I didn't either hear from them.
This potbelly is usually spot but today it wasn't good. I ordered a wreck through the app and they didn't put any toppings on it. Just meat and mayo. So much for lunch today. Not even edible.
My experience today was less than satisfactory.I ordered a sub online (through Potbelly website) and arrived for my order at the designated time. (20 minutes later).My order was not ready. (Not a big deal as they were busy). In the mean time, 5-7 people walked in, ordered their food, it was made while they stood there, handed to them, they paid, and left. It has now been 30 minutes since I ordered. There were 5 people (besides me) waiting for online orders. They call my name, hand me my order and I leave.Upon return to my office, I discover that my sub was not even made correctly. I paid for double meat - did not get it, and two of my toppings (mustard & tomatoes) were missing.Not one employee smiled, or thanked anyone for their order, or acted like there was any sense of urgency to get online orders out. I have ordered from this location many times, and have not experienced these issue before, so I am being optimistic that today was just an "off" day that won't be repeated.
I ordered a bowl of soup; when I asked for a spoon, I was told there weren't any. I asked how I was supposed to eat my soup and the employee told me he didn't know. Until service improves, I will not return.
Love this location! Stopped in for an Italian w. double meat and the sandwich was perfect! Everyone was super friendly and the manager went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Clean store and clean kitchen. I'll be back!
