their costumer service is terrible. i ordered from them and they didn’t to bring both of my pepsi sodas so i gave them a call, they picked up and the guy was rude and i asked if i can get a refund he said “no, but i can give you 8 dollars off your next order” and i don’t see that anywhere. now i’m trying to give these people a call and nobody’s answering. terrible.
Usually people write reviews when they are not to happy. I thought what the heck let me write a good one for this spot. Trued the new Spicy Pizza - Veggie version. Placed an online order for 7 PM and it was right there on time at the 13318 branch. Very good manager on site. The pizza was amazing, I guess an experiment from Pizza hut! Just the right amount of heat, would go great with a beer!
Pizza was disgusting and disappointing the last 4 times I have ordered from here. The cheese was way too thick and still white when you receive order. Quality is horrible and staff is not super friendly. I have been ordering from here for over 15 years and will never order here again!!!! My sister and I have given numerous chances and it just doesn’t get better! Don’t waste your time or your money here!!!!
I really never write reviews but I am so deeply disappointed in this pizza hut I figure I should warn others so they don't waste their time or money. I've lived nearby this particular pizza hut ever since I was a kid and have been a loyal customer. It was always good pizza, and good wings. I don't know what happened in the past few years but the pizza is TRASH now. They skimp on tomato sauce on the pizza so it's incredibly dry and the crust tastes old and artificial. I ordered a pizza last week and asked for the garlic parmesan crust because that's the only thing that makes the pizza decent. Somehow, the pizza maker didn't pay attention to my order and didn't put on any crust seasoning resulting in an incredibly dry disgusting slice of cardboard with cheese. Like really guys.. how hard is it to make a decent tasting pizza and to follow the order of what the customer wanted. Without fail, almost everytime I order they forget something.The time before that I ordered half bacon and half cheese pizza. I checked my order obviously before I left and I saw there was no bacon. HOW do you completely forget to add a topping?? I asked the woman at the front and she tried to tell me it was there and just under the cheese. I said no... It's definitely not on there. She finally agrees when she realized I wasn't falling for it and brings it to the back to have it fixed. Also if I ever order a cookie pie, I've had to call beforehand to ask them to please keep on eye on it because they almost always overcook it to the point where it turns into a rock.The only thing that kept me coming back were the wings, which are pretty much the only thing decent here anymore. After my last experience, I think I've given up entirely on pizza hut as they obviously don't have any pride in the pizzas they make for being a PIZZA HUT. I'd suggest they drop the pizza hut part and just switch entirely to Wing Street. They might have more satisfied customers. If you want pizza, try Marcos pizza. They know how to make a bomb pizza.
We are a longtime customers of Domino's and Bolis as both are close to our house. However, my kids loved Piza Hut and we are planing to order some more in the coming weeks.
The food is always good & the quick timing in delivery of my order is appreciated. I order here frequently. I have no complaints.
My orders only take 10 to 20 minutes to be prepared and always ready and hot when I arrive. Plenty of workers to help me complete my order when I pick up at restaurant.
Pizza Hut is not what I remembered. The pizza felt cheap and full of filler, it lacked sauce, and just was not a pleasant nostalgic experience. What a waste. I truly hoped for something better and expected something better.
Thin crust was tasteless and tomato sauce pasty. Even though delivered quickly, pizza was barely above room temperature. Quality of Pizza Hut pizzas has declined severely over the past few years. Unlikely to order again.
I placed an order for breadsticks at 7:02pm and given a 10-20 minute timeframe for pickup. I arrived at 7:15 and alerted the restaurant that I was there for contactless pickup. No less than 6 customers went into the store and came out with their orders while I waited in my car. It was close to 7:30 before I got my order.
