My first Pizza Hut experience was perfect. Great crew ,tasty pizza & yummy wings.
Easy to order, good communications, and pizza arrived 30 minutes faster than promised. NICE!
The pizza was left on our doorstep without anyone ringing the doorbell or knocking. By the time we found it, it was stone cold. Good pizza, poor delivery service.
The pizzas were overcooked/burnt. The mushrooms were partially raw. Money back should be provided. This was a terrible order.
My pizza was ordered online for delivery. I recieved an update on the pizza hut app that my pizza was out for delivery roughly 30 minutes after ordering. About 70 minutes later, my pizza had not arrived. I called the local store to find out the status of my order. I was informed that they were "still waiting on a driver or no drivers available". Fortunately, the stor is not that far away. The manager or assistant manger did credit back delivery and tip fee which is good. They also offered a credit towards a future pizza which I am told will be visible on the app. I thought this was also a nice gesture. My issue is that once those pizzas come out of the oven, they are piping hot and usually stay hot a while in the delivery case. My order sat in the case for well over an hour and the pizzas were warm bu the time i got home. At the time I arrive back home, 2 hours have passed on this order. My rating is based on the store accommodating me after fact. I would have appreciated a phone call much earlier giving me the option to switch to pick-up vs me having to waiting an unspecified amount of time for a delivery that was 1h+ late.
This is the third time I ordered from this location. They always arrive overcooked and too dark. This time it was also only slightly warm. Not sure I will order again.
My pizza took 2 hours to arrive and they were cold by the time they arrived. I understand there was a shortage of drivers though.
My order was incorrect. We ordered two pizzas with similar toppings but one had pepperoni and one had diced tomatoes. We got both pizzas with diced tomatoes. An understandable mistake but dissapointing nonetheless.
My customized Detroit Style Pizza had VERY LITTLE Pepperoni on it.
I like this pizza hut, but I liked the old building because of their buffet, but the new one is a trade off between a buffet and a nicer looking building.
