Store has the worst food pizza that ive ever eaten and the customer service SUCKS" THE BUSINESS IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE MANAGER AND HE HAS ZERO" PERSONALITY I WAS CHARGED $23 FOR VERY HARD, AND DRY STUFFED CRUST WITH DRIED AND STIFF PEPPER RONI WITH VERY LITTLE TO NO SAUCE THIS PLACE IS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST AS I WAS ORDERING A DOOR DASH DRIVER RETURNED A PIZZA AND WINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A WAKE UP CALL FOR ME!!! SO NEVER AGAIN IM DONE!!!!??
Delivery is horrible. I needed to speak to the manager to get my food delivered and they never answered the phone. Very disappointed, I will not be wasting my time calling this place again
Pizza didn't taste fresh and it wasn't hot.I ordered the pizza on the app right there in the store and I waited in my car for it.I watched the timer on my app that tells me when the pizza is ready and I went in when the app said it was ready and it wasn't hot and when I ate it, it didn't taste fresh at all.I still can't figure that out.
Good food, patient cashiers. Got our food exactly how we asked, and it was delicious. I would recommend their pasta.
This location have a horrible service! I have to wait for my food over an hour ! I just called for ask w happened and they had a bad attitude! The guy screaming, and said “” ma’am it’s no my fault, blah blah blah , I never told him is his fault, trying to do just question! ONG Bad attitude! Horrible service
I ordered i pizza got a message saying my order was put for delivery it’s been over 40 minutes and and haven’t gotten my order, and the store is just 11 minutes I don’t know why it’s taking to long. Even tried calling the store but no response
Made me wait an hour thinking my food on the way just to say no cash delivery. Then claim I had wrong number in the system. I hate having to deal with Africans who can't understand ish you saying....
have your workers treat customers with more respect and better customer service, teach them how to be more professional when talking to a customer.

Worst experience I ever had with “Pizza Hut” I waited almost 2 hours for my order and called the store to ask them for update on my order since I received the notification that my order was on the way like an hour ago and haven’t gotten my order yet, they said that my order was on the way and should arrive soon, Oh well guest what!!! No my order didn’t arrive on the time frame they gave me and had to call again and this time was a different story smh why they can be honest if they are having delivery issues. I end up with poor quality pizza which was dry, room temperature, crust was hard and my “cheese stick” was hard and extremely dry and barely had cheese on it. Why they can not remake the orders and send Pizza Hut quality food seriously this is unacceptable, I did not called the store again because they are full of stories and customer service is a fiasco…. Of course since my order was already pay they didn’t care at all..
