This is the closest pizza shop I can order. I have used it multiple times. Whenever I call to order, the guy put me on hold and then forget me forever. One day, I was on hold for an hour and half and then I drive to the shop asked him why he put me on hold for such long time, he told me that the phone some problems. When I was talking to him, another customer called and this guy put him/her on hold and didn't pick the phone again until I left the shop. Amazingly, he was using his mobile phone throughout the time....I guess the pizaa house doesn't care about its customers. I am wondering how this shop survived in the business.

The pizza deilvery was okay but some idiot cut me out when I wias making a n order on delivery but other wise the service nice

Customer of 10+ years. Things have gotten so bad i am done. Wrong orders, Cold Food, and Slow delivery. We give good tips to drivers but the delivery fee has gone way up, it is now at About $4 per order. We only live about a mile from our location. They offer credits when you get a bad order and then don't honor those credits. Ask for refund? They say absolutely and apologize then never actually do the refund!Think twice before you order!Terrible delivery service·Disappointing food

Horrible place, they got my order so wrong. they are rude on the phone and cut you off. I should have listened to the other reviewers. The only saving grace was the delivery guy who wore a mask and was very polite.

They just told me they don't deliver to my area and we are literally in the same zip code... 1.9 miles away. I'm in the hospital around the corner. Same guy said the same thing last night. If my wife wasn't having a baby, I'd order for pick up and never pick it up... Lazy A$$ Holes! I might do that anyway ?.

I’m fairly new to the area and this is the closest pizza bolis near me. This is my second time ordering from here and the second time they messed up my order. I won’t go into detail about the first time but the second time was just as bad. My husband and I ordered a small pizza, med. pizza and mozzarella sticks. First both pizzas were cold, then they gave us a med. cheese instead of pepperoni and our mozzarella sticks were missing the marinara sauce. My husband and I were both sick so we were hoping they could deliver us new items so we wouldn’t have to leave the house again but instead he offered to credit my card for the messed up order. I haven’t received my credit so I feel like I got scammed!! Not to mention my husband got sick off the pizza also. They don’t wear gloves or masks. Don’t go here unless you want people who don’t take accountability for their mistakes! If you don’t want to distribute refunds stop messing up orders. Usually I’m pretty understanding but it doesn’t help when you feel like they are rushing you off the phone while placing your order then when you tell them they made a mistake they argue with you. Horrible customer service. I will drive an extra 6 miles to a different location to avoid this location which is less than a mile from my home. Smh

Ordered from the fairland location on Saturday no problem, tried to order lunch today and was told they don’t deliver to me and the guy hung up. When I called back to find out what was happening he got pretty rude and kept insisting they don’t deliver here. Disappointing. I’ve ordered from here many times no problem.I also called another pizza bolis and they told me the fairland location is the only one that delivers to me.

Awful place 2 hours for cold pizza and they got the order wrong dedpite the 3 times I called after it was already 40 minutes late. I like pizza bolis. But will not be using this location again.

If your concerned about infection control and mask wearing, Pizza Boli’s Fairland is not the place for you. Not one employee I was in contact with had on a mask. If you’re not concerned about COVID-19 and the people in contact with your food wearing a mask, your experience will be great. I had already paid online, so I just took the $$ loss. :-(

I order for delivery, I forgot to tell them I was paying with $100 and not only that the driver said he wanted 10 mins. Now they claim they won't deliver at my address. But I'm good because they not the only one that deliver and much cheaper with better food. I called and tried to talk but still holding a grudge, after two tears..
