Bad experience 4/30/22. First, the restaurant does not have a clean appearance and feel. Specifically, the menus and tabletops. The dish my wife ordered was not good, just tasteless. I politely asked for the dish to be returned and offered to pay the remaining check... and tip. The older lady behind the counter denied rudely and disrespectfully, then followed me out the restaurant into the parking lot to my car. This really could have escalated, BADLY. My wife didn't want any more confrontation from her and just paid for it, calmly. Just being respectful to elders. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN!
I've sat down and had chicken pho in this place twice lately. It will be the last. To begin with the lady running the cash register and serving is bordering on rude. I twice asked for cup of ice water with my meal and never received, this happened both times! The pho is ok, but very sparse with meat. Bunch of people in there with their phones listening to different things on high volume, NOT a beauty spot for sure. I'll head up the road next time.

I have always loved their food, especially the Pho and Summer Rolls, thou the last few times the noodles have been spaghetti and not the usual Udon flat noodles and they basically ruin the Pho and for some reason, stopped putting chop sticks in with my order and instead a plastic spoon. I'm hoping the owner sees this note and goes back to the original receipe.
Food is good but I totally felt profiled as an African American. I had to give my order at the cashier and pay for it before they would take my order. I saw a white family pay after I ate. Then another family came in after mine and they went to their table to take their order. I don’t know but I felt uncomfortable and I will not be spending my black money here again.

Delicious food, clean restaurant and best part is you get your food fast perfect for lunch… I work in Kensington and get there order and get served within less then 10 mins and have plenty of time to eat without feeling rushed.
This is my new favorite Pho spot. We got the 17 and the 35z both were fantastic!!!
