Usually never a miss here.Still the best coffee shop.4 stars because there’s this new guy with a bit too much sass in place of the enthusiasm I’ve typically experienced from employees in this establishment.Ordered bacon cheddar brioche— bacon was undercooked which isn’t usual here and when it is, it’s usually a quick fix. Said something and the gentleman in reference (currently stocking) got irritated with me before offering to put it back in the oven. I I also had a plant based sandwich in my order— which was left in the oven for quite some time but of course the same gentleman begins searching for who ordered it and I attempted to claim it. This guy pulled the sandwich to his chest and was like “PLANT based” ?. I said “right. It’s mine.” Then he acted like I was the one that caught the attitude lol.Again, OVERALL exceptional service and exceptional offerings. I’ll chalk this up to a momentary lapse in Peet’s standard of service.
They have totally plant-based breakfast items!!! I was super hype. I had the everything breakfast sandwich and it was very satisfying. I also had the vanilla honey latte, which was also good.The tables in and out-doors were clean and the environment was good to read in.
Very good coffee, outdoor seating, and also chairs available inside. Sandwiches are available along with different types of coffee. Good customer service and helpful employees. Unless going to a Starbucks Reserve store, Peet's Coffee is a good place to work while also having a nice coffee shop vibe.
I've lived in Silver Spring for 7 years and have been coming to Peet's ever since. I believe it opened right around the same time! The staff are always 100% and management, like Marc, are superb. This morning, I picked up a drink that my Door Dasher forgot and Marc went above and beyond to make me feel valued. And my drinks are always on point!

The best Coffee Franchise there is. Great appreciation for the customer service at this particular location. Everyone is happy to take your order and always projecting the positive attitude we need to start our days off. My Barista, Mike, is the absolute GOAT. Makes my coffee with "a latte love"! He runs this location very superbly with great skill & knowledge of all Peets products & honestly needs his own store to run :)))))
Service is always great here. The baristas are friendly and service is fast. I’m not a fanatic about coffee. I usually get a hot chi chocolate and pastry when I dine in here. It’s nice and quiet, so I will be back again.

Peet's of Silver Spring's newest customer for life! Today I had back to back meetings and am new in town so ordered a coffee for delivery. I was notified that the driver delivered my items but they weren't outside so I gave the store a call.Mark Wilson, MVSM (most valuable store manager) answered my call. He was efficient reaching out to the third party delivery team and gave me a call back to update. I decided to just pick up my order after my meetings a few hours later but it's better than nothing, right?Well, Mark gave me a call back and said he would personally deliver my ordered items and upgraded my drink from a medium to a large! Honestly, best customer service I have received in a long time! Can't wait to keep coming back to see Mark and his team!!
Lovely coffee chain with delicious drinks and food items. They really love oats and are known for their oat milk. Staff are always courteous and kind. I usually order online and every time my drinks and food are ready when promised.
