I made an order online on February 8 at 7:15 pm The confirmation said that I was going to receive it at approximately 8:10pm, which I did not receive it until more than 9 pm They never told me that the order was going to arrive late, they sent it to me by doordash and to make things worse they sent me a wrong order it was not even close to what I had ordered and paid. I tried to contact them but they never answered me, the truth was a very bad experience and it is unfortunate because my family We love this pizza.
The online ordering process was fine and the prices moderate, The place itself (on the island in the middle of University Blvd. about a block West of Colesville Road was convenient to where we live. But there’s limited parking and the waiting area for pick-up felt cramped. The finished pizzas were STACKED high and waiting for quite some time. By the time I got back to our place it was already at room temperature. Portions of vegetables seemed a bit skimpy. But the cheese and crust were okay.
Low customer service not clean at all if you eat pizza this new year you may put virus by ur mouth they never was after using register i gave them 0 star.
Better off getting Digiorno than Papa Johns, pizza and wings arrived cold even though the manager said that they were just out the oven. Was fresh when it was made 1 hour ago, 2 hours later I get cold pizza. Ordered a 2 liter and got a 20 ounce bottle instead, manager said they were out so had to give me the "dollar amount" but I'm thinking "you're already 1 hour late, throw three 20 ounce bottles in there you stingy b****."Pizza is overpriced, staff is rude, done with Papa Johns.

Waited 1.5 hours for a delivery order that said 25 minutes. If I wanted cold pizza I would’ve ate digorno. Don subcontract door- dash if they can’t fill the orders.
Very fresh. Pizza was prepared in a timely fashion. Plenty of parking. Great location! I will definitely order from here again. Prices were amazing, I needed pizza for a birthday party. It's hard to jusr call and order they really push online and the automated system just leaves you holding. But the carry out process was good. Just wish it was an easier process to order ahead without creating an account. This was a last minute purchase.
This location is great. The staff is is friendly and pizza is ready on time. Orders are consistent and parking is easy to find. If you're from White oak/ silver spring don't forget about parking on the other side vs reversing your car when you leave
