TLDR: DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!! EMPLOYEES LIKELY STEALINGThis place used to be so good, I don't know what happened. I visited a few weeks ago and after that visit, I had already made the decision that I would not be returning. Slow service, expensive food, inattentive staff, the typical things you would expect to see at a subpar restaurant.Then last night happened. I got two random charges from Pansa Llena for the same amount, around $12.80, despite the fact that I literally haven't been in weeks. My debit card is in my possession, nobody else should have access to my checking account. Unlike most places with a card reader where you can physically insert your own card, Pansa takes your card and swipes it on their machine. I am 6'1 and I still cannot see what's happening behind that machine, whether they have skimming devices or not, etc, but this is the conclusion that makes the most sense. I genuinely wish I could give negative stars, I thought this is only something you hear about in the news :/
I’m extremely upset with the food, I feel like the french fries were old french fries that they reheated, and some of them had a different taste to them and texture as if they came from someone else’s plate. The chicken was very small. Not very tasty. When I called to discuss the food with the restaurant they eventually hung up the phone on me. I was unable to bring the food back because I had to work and only went during my lunch break. Outside of the taste the portions were very small I took a picture of the food exactly as I got it without eating any of it. Attached to this review. I would stay away from this place.
Do NOT support this business.The prices listed are not correct and management will not honor the posted price.$30 for two orders of nachos is highway robbery.We want to support our neighborhood small business but will not be screwed over!!!
The food was good and would recommend take out but definitely not dine-in. The customer service was minimal. But again good food.
We’ve been coming here for over five years and their lomo Saltado and $5 happy hour margs are amazing. The best item on their menu hands-down are the stuffed jalapeños. They are made with fresh chicken and deep-fried. Make sure you get an extra order of sour cream and be prepared because these bad boys are spicy!!
We placed an order for delivery on their website and got a confirmation email resonating delivery on 30 minutes. 2 hours later we still had not received our food and I had to call and cancel the order.
Called to check if they’re open. Person on the phone just said “we’re closed” and hung up. Why not simply change the hours to reflect the right time. Rude!
I love this place from my college days to my current days (mid 30's)...great food by the best people...they are really that nice. My entire family loves this place and I take everyone there ❤ ? ? ? ? ? ❤
I came here EVERY Friday happy hour. But tonight I learned that a tequila shot costs $11.99!!! Twice as much as a marguarita!!! That is too much for one shot in a low-rent strip mall joint. I came here because it was close to home- I’ll just have to travel a quarter mile farther to the next Tex- Mex joint. They have lost a good customer.
Music was a bit loud limited conversation. Came with some finicky kids and they loved it. The food is top rated.
