In one word, this place is careless. Been here more times than I probably should have (they are conveniently located down the street). & This is not one star for a single visit, but over the course of my overall experiences here. Yesterday evening, though, was the final straw. Ordered a pick-two Avacado BLT, just to get home to a DRY sandwich that was missing both the mayo & the avocado. I can understand if I was told that they were out of certain items, but this seemed like pure neglect. Unfortunately they closed at 9pm so I didn’t even have time to take it back. Had to add mayo from my own fridge. Ridiculous.
Horrible. Don’t go here. We waited 15 minutes in line and another 30 minutes for a BLT and drink. There is barely anything in this sloppy sandwich and I had to ask for a cup and lid for my drink which I paid $2.50 for. Otherwise they’d have forgot. They gave me the wrong cup size too! Overpriced for this quality of food. Customer service is bad as well, employees including the manager were rude and clipped. Manager named Jake had gloves on that barely fit his hands, which makes me question the cleanliness of this restaurant. Especially don’t dine in!!! I was so sorry for the people who’s sandwiches were quickly slapped onto a plate with ham and lettuce scattering everywhere. It was so depressing in there with 20 people waiting for their food that wasn’t even good. Go to Mcdonalds!!
The amount of soup you get for the bread bowl doesn't feel like it's worth the price and the chicken sandwich was not that great, their entry into the chicken sandwich fad is very subpar. Overall Panera is solid spot just need to know what is good and what isn't. As you can see I tried to be a little different and it was not that good. Definitely will be going back cause I like their stuff just not what I got on this visit.
If I could give -0- stars I would. I've had it with this location! I placed an order a week ago. It was right before closing time, so I submitted a complaint online because the order was not correct and missing parts of the order. I still have not heard back, nor have I received a credit for the items messed up and missing. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. Buyer beware - check your order before you leave!
Not happy with the experience. The young lady that took my order was not helpful She didn’t ask me what size of soup I needed or what side I wanted with my soup or salad. The lady serving the food was irritated because I asked her to have my soup to go. The girl taking the order didn’t specify, so I had to let her know before she placed the soup on the tray. I will not go to this Panera again.
Cons: This place makes me uncomfortable. The young girl cashier with the big glasses and braces was very rude. She definitely needs some more training on how to talk to customers and take orders.I understand how it feels to be working in a busy cafe, but the carelessness of preparing the food seems to happen more often than not. Not all of the employees are rude, but some of them do not seem to enjoy there time working there. Of course, it isn’t expected to enjoy a fast food cafe job, but don’t transfer your anger to your customers.Pros: The food tastes fine and the drinks are usually pretty good. The service is quick as well.Overall: The cafe itself is fine, but they must’ve had some new employees and the one cranky old lady is still there.
Amazing experience, amazing staff, Julio is one of the staff members in Panera bread he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met I see him mostly everyday either making my food or giving me my coffee he is a fast efficient worker with a lot of knowledge of the menu and always welcomes me with open hands!
I would give a zero star if I had my choice. I tried using bonus gift cards but they asked me for a proof of purchase for these cards. Who asks for a proof of purchase to use gift cards? A manager took all of cards until I verified the purchase receipts. He acted like he can define his own rules. He also told me to come back 2 hours later to use these cards. Why would Panera sell these gift cards if a manager can put theses types of ridiculous restrictions. I hope Panera or the owner serious review the rude behavior of this manager.
Ordered curbside and literally pulled up and like magic my order appeared I think it was a good 5 seconds. I can appreciate fast service, and those who show up when the whole world is in the state it is in. I’m thankful and appreciate everyone who works here. Thank you. Be safe and be well
I love Panera and had been a regular customer at the Tech Road location until yesterday because my last two orders were a disaster. I did submit a complaint about the rude food preparers who didn’t bother to announce when orders were ready but just placed them on the counter and turned their backs. My sandwich was sloppily made and looked messy. I ordered a turkey avocado club and only one half of the sandwich had avocado on it. Two days ago I ordered a salad (delivery) that had so little lettuce the bowl was half full, a total waste of $10. It was heavy on the wonton strips, I assume to make up for the lack of lettuce. I actually went to the grocery store yesterday to buy lettuce to add to it. Clearly the lack of competent staff has hit this location so I won’t return.
