Food is what you expect from Panera but the timing of pick up orders is a problem at this location. I’ve ordered at least 10 times and the order has never been done when they send the notification email that it’s ready for pickup. It always takes at least 10-15 minutes longer (today it took 25 minutes extra). I don’t need the order to take 10 minutes, I’m happy to wait longer, but I’d rather do something else while I wait rather than stand in the shop. Whoever is hitting that button to send the ready email, just wait until the bag is actually done and at the counter. If this is an automated message, then corporate needs to fix that. Overpromising and underdelivering is not good customer service.

I should be a broccoli and cheddar soup quality control manager going around all the Paneras of the world and making sure they keep the consistency and heat levels good at the cafes~Broccoli and Cheddar: Good as always and what you expect for this soup. surprisingly, this soup had larger chunks of broccoli than usual, it was awesome, nice tastes and good'ol Panera quality.

Great service and the food is too quality Panera food. The parking is abysmal, so plan accordingly! You might want to get food to go!

I completed an order on March 1st @ 8:08 am. The message stated the order would be ready by 8:18. The usual time is 10 min. This works for me. However , on this day I did not receive my order by 8:18 am I finally received the text message arond 5 min after 8:18. But my meal was still not ready. I had to wait 6 more min.For some this may not be a big deal. But if you state that it would be ready in 10 min. Then It should be ready in ten min. I would be ok a few min after the 10 min deadline. In my opinion the problem is with the manager. Not the employees the staff who are all working hard and attending to multiple items. The issue is with the manager. He looked at me and continued to have his side conversation and distract the rest of the crew. I am sure as he looked at me he cares less about my order and more about how Panera treats him or his personal life. If you don't like working at Panera then quit. Let someone else try. Step to the side and let someone else who wants to complete the task try.very lasted time I step into this specific place. You lost me as a customer for life.

PAnera Bread is a nice place to meet friendand eat but they need to clean the booths better and keep people from coming in to solicit customers. No one is watching that and it could prove to be troubledome,!!

I’m a regular here and usually love the food. I’ve been recently disappointed every time I go in. Several times items have been either completely missing or incorrect.Today I ordered the Frontega Chicken sandwich. When I got home and went to eat it, the bread was completely wrong. I’m assuming they were out of the standard bread it comes with, but they didn’t say anything and just chose a random other bread. The slapped half a piece of white bread on it. That piece of bread is also way smaller, making the sandwich tiny. The sandwich is super juicy, so it was just a soggy, wet ball of mush that was impossible to eat. So disappointing and a complete waste of money. It’s fine to be out of ingredients, but you should at minimum let customers know so they can make an informed decision.I’m also 90% sure they watered down their soup because it was close to the end of the night and they didn’t feel like making more. The broccoli and cheddar soup is usually thick and creamy, tonight it was watery and runny. Yuck.Order number: 383641EDIT:I went back to the store and brought this to the attention of the manager who was wonderful and helpful. They rectified the problem by issuing a refund and remaking the order. I really appreciate the effort the resolve the issue and the management team was very kind and customer service oriented.

It has been a great place to go with my baby and my family to enjoy.The last two weekends I decided not to return. People come in to ask for money, others outside asking for more money; inside 4 tables occupied by people who are not consuming Panera products and if they are intimidating customers. They are people sheltering from the cold.Who controls that tranquility returns?

Milagro took the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. She saw a hypothetical altercation and prevented it by intervening with great hospitality. That is leadership skills. To turn a negative situation into a positive one. I guess that’s what you call a Milagro lol Thank you!

Typical Panera. Good food and good setvice

This Panera bread cafe is very great for meetings and small gatherings for companies. Also, the food taste really good and would recommend this to anyone who’s trying to eat healthy. Thanks.
