I had the absolute worst experience at the upstairs bar last night; absolutely rudeness. The worst part about the rudeness is that it came from the manager. The bartender serving us was the young lady with the Afro and she was nice. When I had a questions about why was I being charged for an item that I didn’t drink because all of the sodas from their fountain were flat she went and got the manager to help me out. The manager was absolutely RUDE from the moment she walked Over and she looked drunk. Her words were slurring as she kept repeating “I don’t care, did you drink it, pay now and you can leave”. I asked to speak to another manager and she slurred “there’s no one else to talk to”. At that point I knew it was time to leave. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there unless you’re looking for poor service with a side of disrespect.
I do not recommend this lounge. Music was decent and vibes were good at first. The employees were very stuck up. We asked for a hookah and they told us we couldn’t get one unless we paid for a $300+ bottle on top of the $60 hookah. My friends wanted to drink different drinks so we did not want to get a bottle. We came all the way from Delaware to visit this bar for the first time, but shortly regretted it. My friends were poisoned by the drinks. We were there for an hour and they only had one Long Island each. By the time we reached the park garage, my friends were vomiting over and over. I am not sure of the quality of the alcohol that is being served but my sister was literally sick and bedridden the next day. I am a bartender and I have never seen any one react to one drink like that. We are not lightweights. This business should be closed.
This place sucks. The music was okay but unless you can find space or ask people to share a small section you can not smoke hookah here. It's not worth it I came for hookah, drinks and good Vibes. There is also a cover charge cash or cash app only. Stayed about 30 mins and left a waste of money. Oh people can sit in those small sections without even ordering hookah. If you want all 3 don't waste your time.UPDATE - We were seated at a table finally was able to order that $60 hookah then security came over ten mins later and told us we had to leave because the table was reserved after they sat us there. They refunded the hookah and we left none of us would ever return. They need to do better.
In the dark amongst black & neon lights the guacamole looks purple which is trippy after a few hookas and mixed drinks. DJ was spinning Afro-beats R&B. The servers are beautiful. Seems to get lit around 12:07a.m
Love it! First time going here with my cousin for my birthday and we had a really nice time. Will be going back for sure!! ??Everyone on the staff was great but MEL really made sure we were good the entire time?????
Randomly visited this spot with my crew after a show…. Noni and Vybz definitely set the tone. Straight up hospitality and took care of us. Check the spot out.

There wasn't much going on early if the evening on that particular Sunday. The drinks was good, the atmosphere seems cool, but the roof top should be open when it's a nice day out in the fall. I would like to go again when the weather warms up a bit. Fyi to find parking is terrible. After I left I found out there was free parking 2 blocks away.
When you arrive, they ask to hold a card for your tab for the table. I put my card on it. When it was time to close out, our waiter brought the bill and it was split between my table. When I left and looked over the charges, there was an additional charge that was NOT ours. I have been disputing with my bank. They can not produce a signed receipt because there is not one.
Terrible experience especially from the ladies that work there. Bella had a very nasty attitude, she only caters to those she thinks have money. please take your business else where. Well on Monday 11/29 Bella contacted someone I know to let them know she will be extra rude the next time we come there because of my review. Please whoever the owner is I hope u are aware of this customer service your staff Bella is giving.
