Just visited Ooh LaLa Bakery for the first time for carry out. What a delicious experience for the eyes and body! The plain croissant was exquisite with flaky outer and moist inner layers. Perfect! The Strawberry Paris-Brest was pleasantly not-too-sweet and rich. The Chocolate Eclair's flavor was creamy and delicately sweet. The Apple Danish were a surprise of baked apple inside crisp flaky pastry. We will be visiting again....soon!
10/10 local spot! I’ve been twice now, the visits some time apart, and the growth in the number of offerings is amazing. The online menu might not always reflect what’s available in person — last I went on a Sunday morning, I got a special rose raspberry eclair that was so pretty and flavourful. I also got the cinnamon roll raisin danish, the fruit tart, and a quiche. Everything I’ve had has been delicious and fresh, and I appreciate having such a great spot so close by. The prices are so reasonable, and the people there are very friendly and helpful. I look forward to coming back to try more things!
I've been to this bakery twice already and I'm really disappointed. The pastries are stale and tasteless. This is far from what you would consider a French bakery. I ordered something different the second time around thinking it would be better and it did not taste good at all. There are other similar French bakeries in the Montgomery county area that offer better quality patisseries. Do yourself a favor and skip this location and try the donuts at Dunkin a couple of blocks up.
I often shop here and highly recommend them! Their chocolate croissants are to die for. Their chocolate mousse is heavenly, their breads, scrumptious. We even ordered a pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving & found it so delicious that we will order the same next year as well! There is plenty of parking nearby. Go early on weekends, lest they sell out of your favorites. And if there happens to be a line, be patient, there is plenty to choose from even when your favorite treat may have already gone home with someone else, and besides, the other customers are worth meeting in the meantime. The service is excellent, the servers are very helpful and kind. Oh! And they observe Senior Tuesday with a discount! You cannot go wrong at Ooh La La!

I love this little place! What a treat to have a French bakery in the neighborhood with such good eats. The baguettes and chocolate croissants are two of my favorites.
Their panini and pastry have always been dynamo. but today they went above and beyond! when i was leaving their bakery, i found my car battery had died. so i went back inside and told them what happened, and they came right outside and helped me start the car! thank you so much, you saved my day!

One of the best bakery/cafes in the local area. Almost always empty, can't figure out why. There's an IHOP across the streets that's almost always packed which is a shame because you can get the breakfast platter here for the same price and it's about 500 times better. The fruit jam here is the best I've ever had in my life.
