I went there several times hoping for a decent experience but it never came. I don’t understand how anyone can rate this restaurant Good or Excellent. The wait is long with no apology. There seems to be little effort to make customers feel welcome. Waiters pass you by with no acknowledgement. The food is basic, mostly processed, bare bones. And request for even a standard accompaniment like extra butter or addition like a pickle is either denied or has an extra charge attached. It’s too bad because it’s a great location and a truly good eatery would really do well.

Food was way overpriced and not very good. Microwaveable bacon… enough said. Servers were not very friendly.

Very greasy microwave diner. Nice people working there but I did not enjoy the food

Amazing breakfast and catering services. I was only in Maryland for 4 days and will definitely return when I visit again. They catered at my Saturday event and the sandwiches melted in my mouth. A great regular diner.

Senior Citizens love this place. Very lively senior presence. Food is ok. First time here but probably won’t be coming back any time soon. The staff is friendly and attentive.

For $23.08 rather $25.00 after tip, today I had iced tea, soup and salad. The salad was skimpy, less than a full plate served flat not mounded up in a shallow soup bowl. It was supposed to be a Greek salad with grilled chicken for $12.99. It had a tiny I would say about one small chicken tender of grilled chicken breast. It featured some Romaine and iceberg chopped, plus canned black olives, a few slices of banana peppers a few tiny morsels of artichoke hearts and feta... a pitiful pitiful thing! I asked for matzo ball soup. It came with one fairly decent, even if box recipe matzoh ball (not the dense delicious kind but a fluffy kind you get from following the box directions perfectly)and some light broth no visible onions or carrots or celery. The soup tasted like bouillon with died parsley flakes (no dried dill sadly) it had about 1/8 cup of small chicken breast cubes and a bunch of some sort of yellow oil floating on top. And, get this, it had spaghetti noodles instead of flat egg noodles rather hardly cooked. Ok, I didn't expect gourmet but it was served in a tiny soup bowl more like a kids cereal bowl. I paid a quarter of a hundred dollars for that squalid, and inadequate servings or portions! Too much for that slop! The cook was yelling at the waiter to stay out of the kitchen. What was he doing back there? I will only go there for breakfast waffles from now on. I am kicking myself!

Excellent food and service. I had two egg, cheese, and sausage sandwiches for breakfast and they were outstanding.

We were looking for a nice place near Leisure World to go for breakfast & decided to try Nancy's Kitchen. I should have remembered the comments about it on Trip Advisor & gone elsewhere. Portions are small & they are served on small plates maybe to have them appear larger. $11.99 for a two egg omelet? $3.49 for a glass of orange juice? Give me a break. Breakfast for two was $35 plus tip. Food was nothing special. Service was fine. The restaurant is light-filled & clean but they need to reduce their prices or give bigger portions to keep me as a customer.

Great food, great atmosphere and great relationship amongst staff and customers

Worst canned food of my life. I wouldn't dare give my dog this horrible food. I imagine this restaurant had another owner before it's the only way it could get 4 stars. I went to lunch very hungry, and when I'm like that, I eat whatever, but when I tried that food it was imposible to keep eating. The waiter asked me if I hadn't liked it or what happened, I told him that I didn't like it at all and at least he only charged me for the drink. I cannot recommend this restaurant even to my worst enemy.
