Nice Ambiance … Greeted & seated quickly … bartenders are terrible. Was seated at the bar for at least 25 minutes. They don’t acknowledge the people at the bar. RUDE… I complained to the manager 10 minutes later NOTHING… no one ever ASK is everything okay ? How can I help you ? Have you been helped already ?
Went to Mix a couple weeks ago with a vendor who knows the owner. Service was decent.Went back this past Wednesday with someone else, waited for 15 minutes before leaving. No server ever took our order.Staff needs to learn better communication and customer service. Will not return.
Came here for a quick bite and some drinks after work. It's a nice venue but small-no upstairs. They had a guy playing smooth jazz & playing a sax on stage. Good vibe but the food service was poor, hence the 2 stars. The venue wasn't even packed & it took over 40min for our over priced wings & quesadillas to arrive. They actually gave us a 1/2 of a standard serving & cut that in half... Maybe they had run out of food that day. Not sure if I'll be back.
Stay away from this place the owner is really rude and very nasty. I’m not sure if he was the owner or night manager but we got cursed out for not ordering drinks and he flicked us off and pushed us out. He then proceeded to call us out our name and yell at us in front of our faces. The ambiance in this establishment is nice but I will never step in this place because of how Me and my friends were treated….
Owner is great. Caring. Good live bands. The morrocan dish was delicious. Nice mature lounge atmo. No drama.
I love Mix bar and Grill. Food is flavorful and the ambiance is pristine. If you visit you are sure to enjoy yourself.
Matured crowd, for the grown only. Food is awesome ?, music ? great just need them to work on ladies bathroom. Would habe given a 5.
I like the space. The drinks and service was good. I took away 2 stars because they charge a 20% service fee that doesn't go to the bartenders. So you pay tax, fee and tip on top of the drink cost. I will not be returning due solely to that factor.
OMGThere is nothing but good things I can say about this place. First of All The diversity in People, Music, and culture is Amazing and Beautiful. The Food is Absolutely Delicious and the service is good.
This was a disappointment. When we arrived we came in for cocktails and learned that they specifically made 6-8 drinks. When asked about other common cocktails we were informed that they didn’t have the liquor ingredients for a mule, an old fashioned, etc. we ordered dinner and there were several menu items not available at the time of our visit. We also were not expecting such a large bill but it was fine. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff was attentive. There appeared to be many people who came for dancing and they looked very happy.
