This has to be my favorite restaurant in the area. I always get either the Crispy Maryland Chicken or the Pho La Cay. The sauce that comes with the Maryland Chicken is sooo good. They make it themselves and I wish they sold it by the bottle. The way that they pack the Pho for a to go order is perfect and the ingredients are always so fresh. I’ll be moving from this area in a couple of weeks and I know it’ll be hard to find a replacement for this restaurant. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Been here a few times. Not many Viet restaurants in the area so I can confidently say this one is the best in the area. I typically get the pork chops over rice but got the R1 which was the red fried chicken. It was good. Food came out fast and the kids loved the pho (meat ball in the image). They even drank the soup without anything added into it. The other soup noodle has a lot of flavor and different meat in the soup (also slightly spicy)

I have been eating at this restaurant for almost 7 years. The food has been consistently good and reasonably priced. The grilled pork, grilled beef, lemongrass chicken, and fried Maryland chicken dishes are all top notch foods that has never failed me. My only minor complaints are one of their soups is far too sweet, and their desserts seem to always be out (fried ice cream was never in stock and they eventually got rid of it, and the tribean dessert is always gone).

Got a pho p1, banh mi, and summer roll and man this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever been to. Broth is clean and so savory. Not overtly seasoned, just perfect. Banh mi was really good, just wish it was a little more competitive in pricing, but I can’t complain since it was also one of the best I’ve had. Will definitely be back again!

We stopped here on a long drive home after fighting 10 hours of traffic in the rain. We wanted some good hot pho and this place has good reviews and advertised vegan options. While the wait staff were friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere and location were good, the vegan/vegetarian options were not. The vegetarian menu seemed to have a few options but they were basically the same ingredients with different types of refined white rice or pasty noodles. No options for healthier brown rice or bean noodles. Several dishes had MSG (why is this unhealthy ingredient even an option in this day and age?) so we ordered the only two items that we were told did not contain MSG even though the pho tasted like it had MSG. In addition, the stir-fried tofu/veg noodles tasted like it was fried in the same pan/oil as some meat. If you are looking for better vegan/vegetarian options, drive up the street a little ways and go to the Vegetable Garden or find another vegetarian restaurant.

Good food and good atmosphere.

10 out of 10 everytime. Do yourself a favor as well and grab one of the buns at the counter with your togo order or your leftovers if they aren't sold out. They make for a great breakfast or lunch!

Found this Vietnamese place by random when we were visiting the Wheaton Costco and got hungry! Love the food and amazing taste! Everything we had was very good

Solid food at reasonable prices. We've always enjoyed the food and never had any problems. The reason we go is because it's the most convenient place for Pho, not because the food, service or ambiance is something to get excited about.

Taking a break from our usual Chinese or Thai restaurant favorites, we decided to try Mi La Cay & were very pleased. We ordered the chicken salad and rice wrapped rolls which were brimming with goodies. Each of us had a the lemongrass meat with rice - pork, chicken & beef. Very tasty. Portions are large & flavorful. Service was attentive, the restaurant is very clean & bright. We enjoyed finding this little gem in Wheaton.
